    Somebodies said that the humbucker on the "Westone rail" is a guitar one, right? Sound it so bad ? I think with an EMG it will be possible to get (more) better sound, don't you?

    the new Steinberger 5strings'neck is maple with rosewood fingerboard and haven't EMG pickup, called Spirit The old one (XL2) has the neck/fretboard in composite and EMG pickup If you upgraded her with EMG pick up you should arrive to get the "real" sound of a Steinberger

    I own 2 Rapture's Soapbar On my myspace www.myspace.com/gillesroussel you have some sounds All the songs are registered with the 5strings. :beer: They are made in the US but you have to reserve 6month before the building and sending of it New, it's expensive but in this industry where are the limits? On the Bay, they are not expensive less than a musicman ray. Sounds Rock (as Kiss, Eagles, Muse...) In the manual it marks : do not use with a "poor" speakers, means : better on 15" speaker than 10" because the output of this bass with the soapbar configuration is huge!!! Rock, funk, jazz, blues... I can say it suits for a lot of style, but I usually play rocks...
