owners of feedback loops...is it possible to ge just a tiny box with a feedback loop? I know of the tonefactor mobius but aren't these discontinued? I really want t do the bassballs thing, but board real estate is low.

Hi mate, I used to own a DHA VT2 so could be of help. The sound it seems you're looking for sounds very much like the vt2. I used to keep channel 1 on as a mild grind then use the second channel for more hardcore distortion, but it never really sounded harsh or synthy. Has a very 'organic' sound as you say so it looks liek you may like it. There is (or was, not been on it for a while) soundclips on daves site so check them out maybe? I only got rid of mine cos I wanted a green big muff and had no other way to fund it! Good luck in your search for sonic niceness

hello friends! I'm looking at buying a Pedaltrain pedalboard and see these seems to be one of the main dealers in the country. Has anyone bought from them before over the internet and if so, how was it? I tried to buy a pedal from there a few weeks back and just got an email saying it was now discontinued! Oh well! Whilst we're on about it...would it be better to buy here or order from the states? Thanks folks!

Not sure if you knew, but ashdown did the ABM 414, which was a 4 ohm version of the 410. Same dimensions as the 410, but gets all the juice form the amp.

warwickhunt, the person in question was logged in yesterday, i sent the PM to them on the 18th. So no response... I'm under the impression that the item hasn't even been shipped yet as before the deal went through, the person was adament it would be sent special delivery and would be sent once the cheque was cashed. If there's nothing from the postie tomorrow I'll get in contact with the mods. Thanks for everyones replies!

I think I will just sit tight for the time being, as for the post, I'm a postman myself and I know if something is sent special delivery it won't sit around the office for a few days. Not where I work anyways! I too believe that if you sell something you should send it straight away, and if not, it is essential to tell the buyer. It's only polite!

Not sure if this is the right place, apologies if not. I recently bought something off the basschat forums (i won't say what or who off), and it still hasn't arrived. I sent the cheque on december 3rd and the money came out on the 9th. I was told once the cheque had gone through the item would be sent special delivery, but still heard nothing. I PM'ed the seller on the 18th and got no reply when I asked if he had any idea of a delivery date. What would you do.....
