How about we have an under played Wesleyan verse ... then drop out for a quiet chorus, another verse then a big chorus ... which is all a Wesleyan build up for that mammoth bridge which is the only bit anyone will Remember, repeat For next ten min ...

I think some of them get written in the key of whoever is singing it... which might or might not be any good for the average singer

Yeah and the built in editor on onsong seems to have shortcuts for adding chords too. my issue is that I’m the only one using it and some of the songs in the churches gdrive seem to have custom chords so it’s not even like I can search the net for OnSong charts others have uploaded. i actually use OnSong on my phone live!

On song is good. Not so good when I'm the only one with it and have to make all my own chord charts! Thing is we use Open song for the presentation and words (it's awful btw) and the open song format can have chords and read natively by on song. I don't think I'll get wholesale move accross though

oh here we go... I use four fingers, you use five, Jamerson used one.... all valid, one not necessarily better than the other...

Give it time... sometimes meh solo Sounds even and sings in the mix and exciting solo Sounds lumpy and axward in the mix

You’ve got three songs to learn in 6 days? Normally I get given a chord charts (in the wrong key) for 3 new song I’ve never heard about an hour before it’s due to play it!!

I had moved to Glasgow and a guy who I was just getting to know asked if I wanted too go catch a gig with him, it was somewhere near the lighthouse they were called "this will destroy you" and were crazy loud too the point they were just a wall of noise. I didn't know the guy well enough to just leave him so ended up hiding outside the toilets on another floor near the exit for 10 min till he had had enough and came to find me. I lasted 5 min, him 15. We are still friends.

can we translate it as TravisBlue? He would like that.
-
TravisBlue Metallic - after our Andy

using the search facility a member called @Sean posted in 2017 on a thread called "best Yamaha bass on the market" that he had one. He also is listed as living in Gloucester... coincidence? Who knows! (well Sean obviously)

OT but do want to celebrate you on your profile pic

Ah cool! I just had a thought I might have visited your church as it wasn’t crazy far from Solihull ... but that was in central Birmingham I think
-
In Birmingham?

Schaller 3D isn’t it? Used to be standard on Warwicks in early 80s

Which to be fair is a fairly reasonable comeback
