  1. You've got one... can you tell us about it? I'm guessing you've found the old ESP catalogues (search catalog) with the 400 series in?
  2. Found a wee bug If I go into a thread, posters names are either gold or black. Black works as normal, gold goes through to the “buy subscription” page. Doesn’t do that on desktop so presume not deliberate I’m on iPhone safari
  3. See I don’t mind simple song structures, as a lot of good pop music is often based on simple structures. The bland wall of worship sound on recorded stuff does my nut in. Not only as it’s dull and repetitive but then people who sometimes don’t listen to much music end up thinking that it’s particularly good or “how worship music should sound” ... which of course listening to almost anything else outside a very narrow genre shows you that that it need not sound that way...
  4. Are you suggesting two handed tap solos and tapped harmonics should be part of every believer’s discipleship?
  5. Is that @AndyTravis hiding in the trussing? If you look down and you find that spare bass has become a Yamaha BB424 you know it is!
  6. maybe start with playing the root notes of chords and different rhythms!
  7. are they 8 years old?
  8. It it 60s or 70s spacing? (And sounding)
  9. Hold on, one of them doesn’t have any teddy tuner things!!
  10. wear your mask through the whole thing, and use a borrowed bass... no one will ever know it's you!
  11. once you get used to it it makes sense. I ended up with my Warwick’s balance pot also done the Sadowsky way
  12. Is this going to be an expensive experiment that results in you buying a AtelierZ bass, or is it going to be a clear pg?
  13. I use Qu you for my IEM using one of those 10 mixes. The digital desk can do two layers with different fader level at least for room and video. I jumped on the desk for a very small meeting and it was a bit easy to get confused??
  14. in our casena headphone long cable and a iPad on the same wifi would do it too!
  15. Our desk can do two completely different mixes for broadcast and room. (the room is currently more or less empty) the problem is being able to hear the broadcast mix in cans while in the same room as the other.
  16. also Ped is 3 and the next numbers are 10 @velvetkevorkian 12 @obbm 20 @Mickeyboro 21 @BigRedX 22 @Bloodaxe then google decided they didn't like the way I was finding that out...
  17. 1409 for me which seems improbably low
  18. After all the work Pete and I did to try and get the topic on topic again 🤣 and yes, the band were in a pub next to Lidl, not in the middle aisle
  19. I’ve been starved of live music for a year and a half. I am quite happy to explore things outside my comfort zone!
  20. They were tight - sounded good. I would have gone and listened if I had known it was him.
  21. The gig, not the band. mans the bishop apparently saved a lot of people from the holocaust or something. Sounds good, Was unaware that was celebrated in stanningley but there you go.
  22. Söns of röbin @peteb - apparently celebrating a Slovakian bishop
  23. Stanningley, over from the jug and barrel I did wonder that it could have been you, tight band. Hang on fb should be able to tell me who it was...
  24. I went to Lidl today and the pub next to it had a live band playing outside. v loud and heavier stuff than I would go listen to by choice - but they sounded great! so so good to hear live music again, even if from 400m of Lidl carpark away
