  1. Are you winning the comp collecting comp?
  2. Cross posting - I did see the second half of the post too!
  3. Which proves something! The second sounded slightly more compressed… which i interpreted as analogue. Turns out I was wrong! Mystery sounds very nice though
  4. Is the first one the secret digital pedal and the second the mutron?
  5. Load the ms50g firmware in but with the bass effects and have up to 6 effects at once? (DSP permitting)
  6. The control input lets you add any generic expression pedal without midi controller. (but agree about midi controller, I built my own for about £25)
  7. I have a £12 posted M-Expression pedal. Works fine - I think I had to switch the TRS around to work but I was creating a patch box for expression so it worked quite well.
  8. Love the colour of the p bass G&L (whatever model that is, sb1 ? Or was that the one with the single j pickup?)

  10. Carry it to a gig, or carry it not, there in no try
  11. I think that it’s one of the nicest sounding in that shootout - Simone sounded great too.
  12. I almost sent you a message yesterday to see if you had seen it!
  13. I agree - but to a man with a £27 power supply and three pedals it’s a bit of a jump!
  14. cross it with an Ion Bru advert.... I think it's a Epifani 3x10
  15. Oh cool - you using a different side of the c4 for each loop! Neat
  16. Harley Benton are apparently the budget but good option
  17. Thanks to this I just found Sharay Reed’s YouTube channel - he’s playing a fodera now - but honestly by the time it’s in the mix I think any 5 string with jazz pickup positions, played over the bridge, would get you close enough…. Even a stingray you could make work. the bigger issue would be playing as well as he does!
  18. I accidentally bought an valeton oc10 OC2 clone off eBay… and have been fiddling with my C4 to try and replicate close - if anyone wants to try it’s called “octave two types FRC” so control 1 is oc2 alike blend to bring in the dry obviously and then control 2 is a deeper less synthy sounding octave sound to blend in. no -2 octave as we’re not whales
  19. What kinda music will you be playing? Can you play it on a P bass or is it the Sharay Reed type gospel vibe? Also - this thread might be useful...
  20. I wouldn't presume they were isolated. The fact you're getting noise would suggest it's not. Octavr and Metaphors are analogue I think - it would be less likely for noise from them... ADAM is digital so when you add it it creates the noise. This might work https://www.thomann.de/gb/joyo_zgp_noise_blocker.htm?glp=1&gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAjwrcKxBhBMEiwAIVF8rOmLqE1JUT7hbSGWW__9k7B9x4oXg8Dgsc52GUFQtSRK3UJfc_wQkhoCJlMQAvD_BwE to isolate the digital pedal
  21. digital pedals can create noise on the power lines needing isolated power supplies… So power supplies can be built differently - some cheaper ones will have the outlets and they are not electronically isolated from one another - inside it is essentially a daisy chain. more expensive to do is to electronically isolate each output from one another meaning the noise from digital pedals doesn’t bleed elsewhere. My Cioks power supply does this but cheaper power supplies like Harley Benton I think do too. From what you’ve said I suspect the Caline power supply isn’t isolated
  22. Are the outputs on your power supply properly isolated?
