2. My word... the options! http://www.molotow.com/fileadmin/user_upload/PDF/colorchart_a4_e.pdf decided on a BR green - it was going to be plasti-kote but these molotow *should* be cheaper and i prefer them.
3.
Ehrrmagerrrdd.. a red one!
(talk his price down and) DO IT!
4. http://www.gumtree.com/p/for-sale/peavey-t40-bass-guitar-made-in-1981-mint-condition/1002817181 wooooo one of the few basses I miss
5. when I saw you had a jazz for sale I got excited - then saw it was this one not the ESP (which isn't to say this isn't an amzing bass!)
6.
So maybe I should reduce my USA Jazz more, hmmmm....
ill give you double the going rate for a jazz shaped bass today, £50 ok?
7.
I will soon be an 'ACG folks can meet in Sheffield' type contact http://www.acguitars...k/Available/19/ will be mine very soon (this Friday is the requested delivery date!)
oooohhh interesting....
8. surprised this is still here. Try the warwick.de forum too
9.
Peavey International 4 string (The first bass I ever actually owned, and every bass I play I compare to this one... Still gig it regularly!) Shine SB-26 6 string SOLD (My second bass! The first time I ever played a 6 string... had never even seen a 5 string before I got this!) H&S Sequoia 6 string SOLD (Looked and sounded cool, but was a pile of sh*t. Owned it for about a year.) Peavey Grind 6 string (Back to Peavey! I put off buying this because the stock photo made it look ugly as hell... How stupid of me!) Peavey International 5 string (Because after trying pretty much every type of bass, I only ever really liked Peaveys!) I'm also awaiting delivery of a Peavey Zodiac Scorpio DE
I've said it once and ill say it again, as a Peavey fan you NEED to get yourself a T40. It's like a radiohead fan without a copy of Kid A or a stone roses fan with out a copy of the stone roses [s]or a Man U fan who's never been to Old trafford[/s]... actually forget the last one
10. what gafbass 02 didn't say is that the 02 signifies when he started playing bass!
11. where is the "ask a question button/feature going to go?" - maybe if it opened on the chat/question page first before the details? keep the focus on the community and comunication rather than the commerce
12. looks good - a little "official" rather than the "mates in a pub type" set up currently.
13.
Asking for pictures? Common sense really. You wouldn't buy something you haven't seen. Even if they do have the item, if they're too lazy to take pictures of it they can get stuffed!
you wonder if they will be too lazy to post the thing too...
14. I never even knew these competitions existed until I saw the thread in the affiliates forum! Tempted to try and make some noise myself

16.
I was born genuine, I had an almost blind faith in humanity, but then I kept getting f*d over and over by people taking advantage of my genuinity, now I have split personality, half of me still trust the human kind, (hoping always that there is still a good level of honesty in every man) the other half of me trusts no one when it comes to money and business. The latter part of me gets never out of pocket in a deal whereas the first half keep getting f'd. Go figure!
you're a good man wazoo
17. depends who it is really. There are some folk on here I would buy things from sight unseen. And a lot I wouldn't. These days not being able to take a photo is unlikely.
18. I love t40 s, everytime I see this thread i wish i hadnt moved mine on. Mind you I remember the reasons I did. My main memory was how fun it was to play, and how many different sounds it had- ahhh
19. It's not really valve front end/solid state amp - the power section models a valbe power stage too somehow, its a very good very nice bit of kit - it. can do a big fat valve tone, and it can get more modern too.
20.
Looks in great nick too?? Half a mile away?? Do I really need any more gear?, No, as tempting as it is. Great little set up for someone though.
He has an alembic. He wants a Jaydee Mark King and now he's being tempted by Trace elliot stuff..... What happened to the RIck we used to know?
21. not apart from you total and utter spanner
22. well i don't think you'll be able to stick a link here - see the rules. also your original post was marked "Sold" which may have put folk off!
23. but it fails in even really showing the colours- like a set of photographs and a painted plank would be better/cheaper
