Some VERY good news at last - live music back by the Spring?

wear your mask through the whole thing, and use a borrowed bass... no one will ever know it's you! -
once you get used to it it makes sense. I ended up with my Warwick’s balance pot also done the Sadowsky way
-
Is this going to be an expensive experiment that results in you buying a AtelierZ bass, or is it going to be a clear pg?

I use Qu you for my IEM using one of those 10 mixes. The digital desk can do two layers with different fader level at least for room and video. I jumped on the desk for a very small meeting and it was a bit easy to get confused??
-
in our casena headphone long cable and a iPad on the same wifi would do it too!
-
Our desk can do two completely different mixes for broadcast and room. (the room is currently more or less empty) the problem is being able to hear the broadcast mix in cans while in the same room as the other.

also Ped is 3 and the next numbers are 10 @velvetkevorkian 12 @obbm 20 @Mickeyboro 21 @BigRedX 22 @Bloodaxe then google decided they didn't like the way I was finding that out...

After all the work Pete and I did to try and get the topic on topic again 🤣 and yes, the band were in a pub next to Lidl, not in the middle aisle -

I’ve been starved of live music for a year and a half. I am quite happy to explore things outside my comfort zone! -

They were tight - sounded good. I would have gone and listened if I had known it was him. -

The gig, not the band. mans the bishop apparently saved a lot of people from the holocaust or something. Sounds good, Was unaware that was celebrated in stanningley but there you go. -

I went to Lidl today and the pub next to it had a live band playing outside. v loud and heavier stuff than I would go listen to by choice - but they sounded great! so so good to hear live music again, even if from 400m of Lidl carpark away -

because we are talking about the same disease? and possibly the most similar to the UK culturally? The vaccination numbers aren't massively different either. Netherlands vaccine uptake for 18+ (one dose) 82.4% (full 52.7%) United Kingdom vaccine uptake for 18+ (one dose) 87.8%, (full 67.8%) Why wouldn't we want to learn from our neighbours going through similar situations to us? BTW I'm not arguing that the Government did the right things in terms of vaccine procurement, and the NHS has again been brilliant with rollout. I work with people around the world and hear quite a lot of my colleagues experience, it's quite telling to get an email from someone, say in Australia grumbling about their lockdown and compare the mortality rate per 100,000 between countries. We're doing well with vaccines, but we've lost so many I don't feel the need to start beating my chest in some kinda nationalistic fervour over that. It's kinda not the point, but the Netherlands have just short of half the mortality rate accounting for population size the UK has (differing measuring methods excepted) -

I think @DiMarco is going on actual experience of what happened in the Netherlands. Of course the U.K. wont be in restrictions again in two weeks - even if all the science says we should be we know it will take our glorious leaders a month or so to make the decision. -
It all becomes a bit meaningless, get 5 bass players in a room with a a bunch of P basses, say Modern vintage, fender roadworn, fender pino, Van Zandt, Moollon and MasHino Olinto, and let’s throw an Overwater or Bravewood in there for a bit of U.K. representation, even a Bass collection profile bass... same strings, same tech setting up ... would all 5 bass players agree on which were the top 3 P basses you think?
