theosd replied to theosd's topic in Basses For Sale
I got a yamaha attitudeII ,the billy sheehan signature model ,over £1500 new if your interested, I think you may have bought this off me a couple a years ago, It has a chip on the upper part of the body?? mark in Belvedere
Yes that's the very one! It's served me well but the schecter just does a lot of things better. It's much lighter for a start! Not really into those yammies, bit too 'rock', ya know? -

LOST YOUR CHANCE (TRADED) Overwater Perception Deluxe Plus 5
That *is* one the nicest Stingray 5s I've seen. TBH my preference would be for an HH or HS Stingray - I think I'd need a bit of cash / other stuff to sweeten the deal for a "standard" one. However, PM me your best offer (as they say on Bargain Hunt) if you are serious and I'll have a proper think.
Yeah, she's a bit special... I wouldn't be able to put any money towards the deal though so it's not for me.. I do really like these overwaters though... Just slightly out of my price range right now! Good luck with any future deals -

This bass is a beauty but having bought a Schecter which does what I want so much better it's just sitting there doing nothing. It's got new strings on it, comes with a faux suede strap and straplocks and a (slightly battered) musicman hardcase. I will consider a cash only deal for £800. I'm based in Medway, Kent, and am cool if you wanna come and play it through my MarkBass CMD 121H. I am willing to listen to any (sensible) offers. EDIT: I've taken a few new pictures and upon closer examination there is a light touch of buckle rash and a couple of hairline cracks appearing from behind the scratch-plate, so I've adjusted my valuation to match (see above). Have recently been approached for a project which would suit a fretless/eub/upright/hollowbody type sound, so any trade offers which hit those nails on the head are most welcome. EDIT 2:You can hear how this bass sounds at my old band's myspace in the tracks "Between Us" & "Do This Well" (both mastered, bass strung with flats through my MarkBass CMD 121H) and "Leading The Followers" (home recording, strung with rounds, same amp, using Sansamp Comptortion pedal). I've seen something I want so it may well be that I put this on eBay (yikes!) next month. I would prefer cash on collection but will ship at the buyer's cost and will deliver within, say, a 50 mile radius of Chatham. Also, more pics added! EDIT 3 (and final... probably): I really have seen something I must have and so am offering this bass for £750 via cash or paypal (arrange your own courier) so long as you can pay me by tomorrow noon and I will remove from eBay! Otherwise it's up for auction I'm afraid!

Gary sorted me out with a Russian bassballs, very quick transaction & highly recommended!

Due to my less than favourable economic position I am forced to continue looking for offers for this. Please only get in touch with P/X offers as I do need a replacement bass. Perhaps something of a Fender or G&L flavour, but most definitely 5 string. The cash from you will be your decision. Thanks.

My car failed its MoT today and essentially I need a new one asap. This coupled with my lack of employment means I am gonna have to rustle up some dough somehow, and though it pains me to do it I'm offering my musicman stingray 5 for part exchange with a midrange bass plus cash from you. The bass is in immaculate condition, is carbon blue pearl with rare matching headstock and rosewood fretboard. It's a looker for sure! It's a stingray, so yeah it sounds awesome - need you ask?? It comes with its own hardcase (which is a bit battered - better it than the instrument!). I would sell but I need a bass to do gigs with. Sensible offers only please, and I reserve the right to remove this offer if I can find another way to raise the cash. Woudl also consider trades for a bass + a car!! Hit me! Oh yeah, and I'm in Medway, Kent. I would prefer cash and trade in person, obviously. Thanks, Theo. PS: Don't hesitate to contact me with any further questions.
have a free BUMP. remember guys, this is an awesome pedal with an awesome sound! it's also been discontinued!
Hehe cheers mate. I didn't know it had been discontinued. There's a bonus for any prospective buyers. If I can only resist temptation to hold onto this for posterity

If this is still here in a couple of week's time it's getting ebayed. Someone please take this off my hands! In order to help, I've decided on a price. Offers still welcome as I'd ratehr this went to someone on here than anyone slightly more anonymous. Cash price £85 + £5 postage = £90 all in!

Brand spankin' new, my gf got me these for my birthday but being a girl got it wrong and bought a high C (30 gauge) set. This set seems pretty hard to get hold of so I thought I'd dangle it for you basschatters before ebaying them. £20 + £3 postage seems fair. I can take a picture if y'all really want, but strings is strings amiright?

Yes, like he said; top quality pedal! Had some interest but no follow-through yet, so keep those trade offers coming in. If a cash offer hits the right ball park I will also be happy to part with this miniature beastie! Here's a picture (although not of mine, it's in as new condition but won't come with a box or manual because I didn't get either; I'll pack it well though!):
I believe this was once mine? If it is, it was in good nick when I sold it, and workled perfectly. Sounds especially awesome with passive jazz type instruments, but good sounds can be found with any instrument!! Good luck with the sale mate
Yes it's quite likely, I traded you a couple of EHX dainties for it I believe?? Like you say, it works fine!!

I just don't use distortion that much, and now that I have a long-desired bass micro synth, which seems to cover many bases including a healthy fuzz, I would like to present this pedal for trade. I got it from someone on this site, so just willing to keep it in the family really! I'm willing to trade it for any pedal of similar value, or perhaps a floor tuner/power bank as I'm keen to experiment more than anything.. I will consider cash offers too, but I'm really looking to trade. I'm in Chatham, Kent, btw. I may be able to get a sound clip too within the next week or so, so PM me with any enquiries. Cheers, Theo.
