1. pitchblack would be my choice too
2. my shuttle 6.0 and one Neox was more than enough for my church band and i used it for an outdoor event. the church band is Piano, sax, volin and 2 guitars, no drums though and in both cases the master never went over 11. One efficent 12" can do quite alot
3. on TB there was alot of people using the Shuttel 3.0-10T Combo. Pricey but light
4. when i put it through the effects return the level was below 9 o'clock so i am confident it has alot more to give should it be needed. but you point is taken
5. i just found this http://www.thomann.de/gb/the_tamp_e800.htm
6. cheers dood!
7. the VT has enough juice. I've used it in the effects return of my shuttle so the vt was the pre and i was just using the suttles poweramp. It could give me a really cheap rig
8. thanks for the replies. I wondered whether it was thomann own brand. Fro a £120 its got to be worth a punt really. thinking i could use my VT Bass as the pre straight into this
9. Just broswing for a cheap power amp and found this http://www.thomann.de/gb/the_tamp_e800.htm seems really cheap for what it is but can't find alot of info on the brand. Anyone got one, played one, broke one.................

MXR Carbon Copy

well i went for a Hardwire DL-8 in the end
13. Recently got this a few weeks ago. Hardly used. Check out the EHX website for specs. This is my third one and as great as it is i think i'll move it on. Its in great condition comes with the original box, instructions and ehx power supply. Its got velcro on the bottom to attach to a pedal board but this can be removed and the original feet put back on as i kept them. As new, three weeks old tops. Flanger/chorus in one pedal. I'll get some pics up later. Not in a hurry as i don't mind keeping it but if it goes, it goes
14. the shuttle does Hifi very well
15.
IMHO all this Shuttle fuss is a little OTT, alot of the guys who raved about them 2 months down the line moved them on.
for another shuttle!
16. i would have gone for it had i not got my Shuttle Combo
17.
Josh3184 would be the man for this. I can only help with the 1001RBII.
yep. He bought my 6.0
18.
My back said "hmm, not bad..." @ 29kgs! My old Trace combo was about 34kgs and that was heavy but not too much to handle, and this is lighter so it can't be a bad thing. My old SVT-CL in its flight case was probably over 45kgs on its own...
i looked into them a while ago having had the Matrix Guitar combo. I don't think you will disapointed epsecially at the price you paid
19. i saw that one was tempted but my back said no!
20. BBE opto Stomp. Cheap and cheerful
21. diago is my choice or and i've used this in the past http://www.effectpowersupplies.com/9v-dc-r...y-chain-2-p.asp cheap and cheerful
22. VT Bass is another one for that SVT Tone but cost alot more than the BDI
23. the 3.0 really is a great amp. Really versatile, loud and so small you could lose it!
