1.
I'm sure there must be more - it's just people can't tell from the thread title what it's about. I'm an optimist!
Good point. Well presented. Just amended the thread title
 2.
Has anyone else here ordered one or it is just sk8 and myself so far? Steve
I'm guessing that's a no then
 3. Looking to pick up a cheap can to use with my EHX Magnum44 and for the price these look hard to beat. Any one got any experience with them or can suggest an alternative?! Cheers
 4.
Just an update on timescales. Truss rod covers have now started manufacturing. They will take 10 days. I can take orders up until this point (15th March) if anybody wants to get in on this order. After this there is a week of manufacturing for the guitars - plus 6 days of air freight. Allowing a couple of days for me to receive and dispatch guitars out. Thanks everybody.
Fantastic! Great news everybody!
 5.
Lovely bass. It looks awfully white for Butterscotch though.
Suppose it is more white. Should age though
 6.
Pretty looking instrument.
Cheers Dude
 7. Damn you TaySte
 8.
yeh i cant wait to try it out, if it goes well im gonna looking at getting a permanent guitar amp andy
I've borrowed a Line6 Spider combo off my guitarist but fancy an Orange Tiny Terror stack to much my AD200b and OBC115
 9.
Good sounds I've been running dual rigs since the band started about 4 months ago and we decided we only wanted 1 guitarist Currently running into a MXR AB box which is similar to the switchblade, then the bass signal goes through its chain of effects including an octabass to allow me to add a lower note The second signal runs through a EHX Micro pog to get the upper octave this then runs to a line 6 spider iv combo to produce the guitar sound I have the floor controller with volume pedal which allows me to change patches and bring the guitar in and out as required during parts of the song, this I find easier than switching pedals on and off I use this amp as it has a smart harmony feature which also allows me to add an upper fifth to the note and create a power chord if needed as well On the bass side I have added a stutter switch in the chain which allows me to instantly kill the bass note if needed to play a guitar fill before bringing back in the bass
That's a few levels beyond me but makes perfect sense. As I get going with this I'm sure I'll end up modifying my requirements
 10.
sounds very nice, i just got a bass whammy and a ehx switchblade plus to experiment with doing something like this! andy
Very impressed with the switchblade + Quality pedal for the price point
 11.
Are you using a crossover for actual bi-amp operation? Or just two amps?
Just two amps but only an octave up signal goes to the guitar amp
 12. Not a mids kind of guy
 13.
These look really nice. Any idea when they'll ship, or is it just a case of getting enough pre-orders?
5-6 weeks according to website but I'll update as I know.
I didn't mean to give the impression I don't like it - I like purple! It's delicious.
I know! Me tooooooooooooo
 14.
Oh, that is pretty. Lovely inlays and an excellent choice of colour! It occurs to me I don't have a semi. In fact I've never had a semi in my life - never mind a purple semi... Jon.

The purple does that for me...
15.
That looks really nice. In fact all the burst colours look good. Mantra: I need a new amp, I don't need a new bass. I need a new amp, I don't need a new bass
I failed on both accounts having just got an Orange AD200b and OBC115
 16.
That's a low price considering it's got an ebony fretboard? It's also very... purple.
It says its ebony! I like purple
Looks really good. The bass landscape just gets better and better in terms of value for money.
I'm minded of the retrovibes - they were good value for money made in china basses
Nice. Great colour too
I likes purple I do
I like the purple. What made you pre-order, taking a punt or have you had some experience with them?
I LOVE purple hence my ACG custom being mainly purple heart wood! No experience of them at all but I've been considering a semi hollow and the Flame maple purple was just me so thought, why the hell not?!!!! They have a no quibble returns policy so it seems low risk.

 18. Okay so I've had more time with this. Although I do have it up for sale It's really growing on me. Goint to use it at practice next weekend. I wans't overly keen on the Fuzz, as its more synthy than Muffy (which Is what I normally default to) BUT in a mix, palying along to songs its sounds sooo much better than it did solo'd; remoinds me of my old oxide. The Amp generator is great but I'm using it more for OD and maxed the OD has a fuzz like quality to it as its modelled on tube amps (alledgedly). All in all this is definitely growing on me and is currenlty on my pedalboard. I'm looking forward to running it through my Orange rig at volume.
 19. Well, I sold this on and got a BDDI. Couldn't be happier.

 21.
That my friend is a little rascal! Love the balance of the pick guard & control plate. Great pics as well. If I was gigging I'd be all over this, good luck.....
Cheers Dude
 22. As answered it is indeed the same Mike Walsh
 23.
Was just throwing out more wicked combinations you may wish to try! It gets very addictive, and expensive fast haha!
No worries. You've got me thinking. A bit of grit on the bass did work a bit better at mixing in. Was thinking about fuzzing the octave up too. Thinking of getting a tiny terror too. Hmmmm. Yes, expensive it shall get!
