    I think ERB's are cool. I pretty much only use my 6 string bass. I even used it on a gig with a trad jazz band last night.

    E to F would make more sense, kind of like the tuning on the top 6 strings of a 7 string bass missing out the low B . I think overwater do a 7 string set. This site has a lot of 4 string bass weilding fuddy duddies who find any sort of ERB an anathema.

    This is more of a 'feeler', I really like this so I may keep it for studio use. I've tried my Modulus, Sei and Jaydee in it and they all fit. My Jaydee is the most awkward, it's actually very long and very wide.

    I bought a Hiscox case for my Jaydee, unforunately it didn't fit in.

    I just bought a Mono bag yesterday. It's probably the best that I've come across, a bit expensive maybe but so were my basses.

    I just ordered a Low B2, they recommended Fedex, the whole price including shipping, polyswitch option and a $20 intenational charge comes to $720 or about £450.

Check out Equilibre by David Cullen for some beautiful 'supportive' fretless playing and 'The idiot king' by Attention defict for some mad band playing. 'Yo Miles' is another cool album with Henry Kaiser.

    He's the most amazing player ever as far as I'm concerned. He's also coming to the UK later in the year, well Northern Ireland and Sligo in Eire.
