    I think you guys are being a touch harsh. I quite like that bass. Very different to most things you see. If it were half the price, i might consider it.

    I tried to get on the old site (http://www.squierguitars.com/), but then as soon as i get to the page, it redirects me to this one (http://shop.fender.com/en-GB/squier-products/) which has fewer products than the original page. I remember reading a while ago that fender were planning on reducing their range, is this finally happenning?

    GODMAN guitar, ES les paul style. Made in china, its a cracking guitar. The finish is amazing. Set neck, proper semi hollow. Action nice and low, intonation set and sounds lovely. All controls work. Unsure of the body material, but i think its mahogany as its quite a heavy beast. Could be nice to get some decent pickups in it. I plan of getting some new strings for it as these are a bit dull, but if you want it before then, ill knock a fiver off. £160 ono. [color=#3C3241]Westwood HSS strat and 15w amp, good starter kit £80 for the both. Good beginners guitar. All controls work, comes with tremelo arm. Plays well, all set up and intonated. Pickups sound nice. Fairly light if you're into that sort of thing. Not much more to say. The amp is covered in a lovely white tolex, its got a simple control layout, gain, vol, bass, treb. The plug is attached and goes inside for storage , No trades. [/color] [s]Stagg 12 string. Sounds amazing as expected for a 12 string. Fairly low action for a 12 string, and intonated very well too. The thinner g string is currently snapped, but i have some on order. Itll also include 2 spare as these can snap if played too vigorously. Excellent start to playing a 12 string. £110 ono.[/s] 3 way guitar stand. Folds and stores down for easy storage. £10 ono Im in new brighton if you want to pop by for a try.     Here is a 1992 Peavey foundation bass, made in the USA, for sale. This model had the super ferrite pickups which gibve it a bit more of an agressive sound than that your run of the mill jazz bass. Together, the bass sings with a pick, and the neck pickup on its own give a good hot Precision sound, lovely with a touch of distortion. The bass has some marks as expected from being alive this long. Everything works well, though the pots do crackle when turned. The knobs are also aftermarket as the originals were sold as theyre very popular on ebay. Based in New Brighton if you want to give it a try. £180 ono.

    For sale here is one of the recent Squire Bass VI reissues. This one sounds fantastic. Ive put on heavier gauge strings on the E and A to take away the floppiness of them. Ive also added bushes in the bridge to stop it moving around so much, and prevent the intonation going out if you so much look at it. The intonation is also as spot on as you can get it with these bridges. I love playing this bass, so im not too fussed if it doesnt sell. As its a hybrid of a bass and guitar, it makes you play in fun new ways, and with the switching options available, is just plain fun. It especially loves a D chord. Good condition, barely any marks on it. Im in New Brighton, Merseyside if you want to have a try. £275 ono.

    Gibson explorer bass for sale here, from 2012. Light roadworn condition from being gigged a fair bit. Straight neck, intonation spot on, controls and pickups all work perfectly. Currently strung with flatwounds, and so sounds deep and thunderous. The body has absorbed the nitro finish well, allowing the grain to be seen through the finish. Its now been restrung with round wounds. Im in new brighton, merseyside if you want to try. £550 ono.

    Here we have a rare Trace Elliot 18" bass cab. Covered in the classic green carpet finish, it boasts a huge 18" driver, 200w @ 8ohm. Due to its unusual shape, it can also be used as a bass wedge, and can be stacked with other speakers of the same shape. based in new brighton, merseyside if you want to come and give it a try. £120 ono.
