So i have a john east MMSR 2 band EQ and an actual stingray pickup that i have in a bass, but as thats not selling, ill sell the major parts in it. So the preamp, full working order, ill just remove from the bass before sending. I dont have an original box for it as i bought it from here, but there are instructions on easts website for it. It sounds awesome. Combined with the original pickup, sounds just like a ray. The pots have no centre detent as they are based off the 70's preamp, which also had no detent. The original used a single op-amp chip (single amplifier stage in the form of a chip) for both bass and treble circuits, whereas this unit utilises a more modern dual op-amp chip (two amplifiers stages in a single chip). Ill get some pictures up at a later date, but theres not much to see besides what you can find on the internet. Prices: East preamp - £90 posted ray pickup - £50 posted. I can meet up, and am open to offers for trades, but would prefer cash.
