4. Hi Thanks for looking. I have some free slots for some pupils. I have been teaching bass and guitar since about 1992. Have a look at www.chrispidgeon.co.uk to find out a bit more about me, and give me shout if you are intersted. Thanks again. Chris Pidgeon
5. Hi Wonder if anyone can help. The bass pot on my SR4 is not turing as smoothly as it should. What can I use to lubricate it? Is it an easy job? Or will it need a new pot? Ideally I would like to do it myself to save a bit of cash - is there something i can just squirt into it? Cheers all Chris
6. Hi I have a bit of availability in the diary so thought I would post it up here. Available for Bass duties or guitar duties. Well experienced in most styles (function band, rock, pop, covers type bands) on bass and guitar - have held down both "chairs" in long running pro/semi-pro bands. I would consider dep and permanent positions. I am in Nottingham, and will travel if it pays! www.chrispidgeon.co.uk to see a bit more about me. Own transport, pro gear (Music Man, Markbass, Engl etc) 0115 8597003 or pm or email me [email protected] Cheers Chris

11.
I gigged with exactly this set up just last night - the pair seemed to work really well together. Lots of nice oomph from the 1x15 without sounding too lumpy (which I think 15's can sometimes do!). Great standalone cab & maybe even better as an extension
Will you post it - have you got the original box? Cheers Chris
12. very nice Luke. Great sound and a good tight live performance. I think any timing issues are minimal IMHO. Love the drummer too. Great vox - lead and BV. Out of interes what is your bass setup on this recording?
13. quite possibly low end is tailored. but for applications where the stand is used tp assist the bass cab as an onstage monitor this imho can be a good thing. clear moderate non boomy stage volumes, leaving the pa to do the bog low stuff. i love mine, but it will not suit everyone.
14. I have one. It is great. It will apparently support any of their cabs.
15. this needs to go. offers please.
16. I need to shift this. Make me an offer.
17. weekend bump. This is a fine example of a fine bass.

20. http://basschat.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=20972&hl= good point
21. So, to avoid confusion with my previous thread, here is a proper one for this bass. Great bass, very good condition, manfuacturers hard case, 100% working order. I love this bass, and it is so easy to play. However I don't need this AND my SR5, and I think this is the one I can most bear to part with. See these pics. I am hoping for £700 or approaching that figure. Bass is in Nottingham, any trial welcome. Anyone interested. Superb range of tones, passive and avtive, let me know. Cheers Chris
22. swee new thread to g and l pics
