1. Just bought a Super Synth from Ryan, he got it in the post the next day, great comms and well packed. Great guy to deal with and highly recommended.
2. Just sold Andy a P bass copy, he's a nice guy and I would have no worries dealing with him again. Cheers dude!

Feedback for sk8

Just sold Mike a pedal, it was a super smooth deal, couldn't have gone better. Cheers dude!
4. Just sold Ben a tuner, super quick payment, good comms and a great guy to deal with all round. Cheers dude! Tim
5. Bumpity bump.
6. I got this very recently in a trade for my Bongo but after buying a car I really need some cash. It's got a superb spec, is super easy to play, sounds pretty mighty and is apparently a copy of an Elrick Expat. It's been listed on here a couple of times (as a Sventano) where it's attracted a fair bit of attention. The 24 fret neck is easily playable right up to the top thanks to the extended lower cutaway. And it comes with a hard case. Specs: Balkan flamed maple top and head Ash Back Indian ebony board Hipshot hardware Aguilar 18V OBP-3 preamp (low/high/switchable mid) with passive switch & seperate passive tone knob Nordstrand Jazz pickups Amazing block inlays string space 19mm (at bridge and adjustable) 34 inch scale length zero fret to bridge saddles Through body B string nut width at 0 fret 46mm at end of neck 70mm Zero fret I'd like £750 including delivery which is fairly bargainous, just buying the hardware would set you back several hundred! Or I'd consider trades for lower value five strings (worth £250 ish) with cash my way. You're welcome to come and give it a play in Sheffield. Pictures taken from ziggydolphinboy's old thread as I've only got my lame phone camera. Ta for looking!
7. He's definitely been listening to The Chicken hasn't he? Even drops in the groove from the end of River People at about 2:20. Great work on the transcription though, it's a beast!
8. *probably sold* This is a decent P copy which I believe to be from the 70s. Over the years the body has had a refinish, a new pick guard fitted and the bridge cover removed. There is a gap between the pickups and the scratch plate at one end, I assume the pickups are positioned slightly differently to a Fender or they have been moved to line up with the strings better so the holes have been enlarged. The bass has a great neck, the action isn't bad, sounds great and is in really good nick. You're welcome to come and give it a play. I'm after £100 + postage.
9. And more added.
10. I've got a Peavey PV8 USB which has done me well for a couple of years. Keep an eye on ebay too, you can often pick up older gear for peanuts as people want nice shiny modern stuff.
11. Hehe, the Paulman will be staying for the foreseeable future/forever. Haven't tried the phone number yet...
12. A Bongo, a Bongo, they play them in the Congo... (and everywhere else because they're lovely)
13. Bump for the adding Source Audio.

Korg G5 - Synth

I've had one for a couple of years and never thought to find a manual as they're pretty self explanatory but it was handy to have a look through. Some awesome sounds to be had, I'd recommend running it in a bypass loop though. It murders my clean tone and also allows you to balance volume levels between clean and synth more easily.

Korg G5 - Synth

There's a copy here: http://jazzad.perso.neuf.fr/Manuals/Korg/Korg_G5_en.pdf
16. Looks fun, I'll have it if it's still around.
17. Used them lots and they've been great every time. I ordered a Schaller machine head which was out of stock with more expected in about 4 weeks but then it arrived the next week. Can't fault that!
18. Bogdan is a big angry fuzz machine of death, not sure about the design, and I'm selling it (to Sibob) because it's not got a place in my current sound and I'm very poor after buying a car today!
19. Bogdan be gone I'm afraid.
20. I'm about to go and buy a car so BUMP!
21. Cheers guys, managed to get it down to under £1500 on Admiral 10 month accelerator policy with a couple of mates on there as named drivers and saving an extra £200 by keeping the car on the road not my drive and not having an immobiliser (which makes perfect sense...)
22. I love their covers of Baby and Circus but this one didn't do it for me either, felt a bit sterile in comparison. They have made me go and practise a lot and try and get silly harmonised fills into anywhere I can cram one though
23. Looks like you need to be a student for the 6 months thing... There's not much difference between the hatchback and the estate as they're group 1 and 2 respectively and the extra couple of inches can always be filled with something!
24. I'm about to get a car and being my first, being 24 and having had a license for less than a year means insurance is a bit brutal. I've managed to get a lowest of about £2200 for a 1.2 Skoda Fabia estate (I need something big ish to fit double bass, amps, other gear and ideally a person or two in) with Admiral. I'm trying to get a quote from a black box insurer but the ones I've tried don't cover musicians. Does anyone know a black box company that will give me a quote?
25. Just found them in a cupboard, free to anyone that wants them. I don't know what type or gauge the DR is, it'll be either a Hi-Beam or a Lo Rider though.
