3.
Lakland Skyline 55-02 5 string Maple neck Colour: Translucent 3 tone sunburst 880GBP All the usual info you can find here: www.lakland.com/55-02.htm Great condition - only been gigged a dozen times. There are a few marks or rather little 'nicks' on the bottom edge (i.e. the area behind the bridge) but nothing horrific! Plays and sounds fantastic. Action is low. Although it's the nicest 5 string i've ever played i've decided to sell it as i'm a 4 string, one pickup, one tone pot, one volume pot kind of guy, and if i do need to use a 5 then i've decided that a Fender American Standard Precision V would suit me more. So if you happen to have one of those lying around that you'd like to swap then please do let me know (RW sunburst or RW Olympic White)! Here are a few photos:

8.
As it says above. I keep coming back to the Stingray because it sounds amazing, but for low B action I'll stick with a BEAD tuned 4. So, Ideally I'm offering my Stingray 5 for your Yamaha Attitude 2. - NEW BIT: but I would consider a nice P bass with cash either way depending on what you have. I really must stop watching Steve Harris!! My bass is immaculate and I'd like yours to be the same. Pics are Dan's from when I bought it from him last year, hope he doesn't mind me using them. I'm in Northamptonshire thanks Paul
Interested in my 1978 Precision? It's for sale with pics in the forum if toy are interested. P
9. Bump - may be interested in a trade for a 5 string (such as the Lakland Joe Osbourne that I just missed out on - boo hoo!)
10. Perhaps the bump to end all bumps
11.
Hi Paul, Awesome bass. What is printed on the back of the headstock?
It's a little music store sticker with the name of a shop in Cardiff. Looks like it's been on there forever (perhaps from new?) PBK
12.
keep me posted! seriously considering this... would you ship to Belgium?
I've just driven through Belgium a few hours ago!!! I'll be driving back again through Belgium on Sunday (from Dunkirk to Berlin). But I hope to sell earlier this week as I have my eye on something on the forum that i need the cash for... All the best, Paul added photos bump
13. Sorry about the delay in adding photos folks - I had about 30mins at home today in between touring in France and leaving for UK, during which time the cameras batteries died on me! Arghh! The bass will be with me in Brum this week if anyone would like a peek and in the next day or 2 I'll try and grab a camera... Bump
14. Price drop bump . Ok, how does £899 sound?
15. I have a 1977 fretless Washburn Scavenger for sale going dirt cheap if you are interested. It's in the 'for sale' bit.
16. This is such a lovely bass (I've played it), I cannot believe what an amazing bargain it is and no one has snapped it up yet! If I wasn't saving for some other kit I'd buy it right away. Have a bump from me!
17. Bump
18. I hope I don't regret doing this... For sale. All original 1978 P-Bass. Natural finish Maple neck Black scratchplate If you're after an immaculate museum piece or something that looks pretty - forget it. If you're after a great P that looks like it's been every day for the last 33 years then you are in the right place! The laquer is cracked all over the body and the neck has lots of signs of wear and tear (hey, don't people pay extra these days for such a worn in finish!?!) but there is nothing that affects the playability of this bass in any way. The bass used to reside in the Manics studio in Wales but had since been living with me in Berlin. I'll be traveling back to England next week and will gladly bring the funky P along. Yours for 925 quid Price drop to £850 Im on tour at the moment so can't add photos just yet... Update - I'm in UK with bass for this week 31st Jan - 5th Feb. If you'd like a peek I'll be in the Birmingham area.
19. Hi, Yep, Im originally from Brum but moved to Berlin some years ago. I wonder where our paths may have met. Hmm... I'll be over next week with various bits if gear to chop and change. The amp I'm selling (very reluctantly) is a TecAmp Puma 112 combo. Fantastic condition and with cover. I'm now also considering moving on my natural finished Fender'78 P-bass. A serious chunk of funk which looks all of it's 33 years of age! I'm basically having a re-think about my gear from a practical point if view. I'll be in Brum next week. All the best mate Paul
20. Very tempting sir! Where are you based? You after an amp by any chance? PBK
