  1. Bought Dylan's Columbus Jazz. All went well, good communication, I would certainly deal with Dylan again
  2. Collection or a meet would be preferable, but I'll post for cost...
  3. I am not a guitar player, I am a bass player. I got this very competent guitar from Thomann, maybe 2 years ago. I was attracted (and still am) by the colour combo, and by the very positive YT reviews. It's as new, can't find any flaws, strings are still good, it's had hardly any use. I thought it was a bargain new at £100, it's most certainly a good deal at £50... May I direct your attention to the following pictures...
  4. Yes, not Bill Dickens, just noticed on YT he's referred to the same way...
  5. Anybody know where the Bass Buddha is? The site is unavailable, and I haven't seen any YT videos lately... I always enjoy his playing, and the relaxed vibe...
  6. Sold my Ibanez Roadster to Bjorn, in Sweden. I very cleverly used the wrong banking codes, which meant a long delay, search for the payment, a refund, then a new payment with the right codes. Throughout all of this, Bjorn was patient, polite, and appreciative, even though it was my fault. I would happily deal with Bjorn again (geddit?) in the future. Thanks Bjorn. Sean
  7. Bought Keir's Ibanez Ashula from him. It arrived safely, and perfectly as described, after really good communication. Very trustworthy guy. Thanks, Keir
  8. Mtd Kingston?
  9. Nr Barrow, Sth Cumbria. I'd be happy to meet up at a reasonable distance...
  10. With power supply?
  11. Ibanez Portamento. Wonderful instrument...
  12. Any pics/description of the back? Woods used, etc...
  13. A mixture or two Ibanez's : Aerium and Portamento
  14. Bought this 5 string set from Oldman a month or so ago (original ad still here). The B was reportedly dead, but sounds ok to me. I don't really use a B string, so my opinion might count for nothing. Used them on my Elwood fretless, they sound fine, but don't really float my boat, so offering them up here. £15 posted. Cheers
  15. I can meet up somewhere, but I'm happy to post...
  16. 40mm at the nut. 20mm depth at the first fret. 9.2lbs (bass weight deducted from our combined weight on home scales method)
  17. An awesome bass, built like a tank, but not quite as heavy. Pj with vol, tone, and pickup selector. It has an active 2 band eq, but sounds much better passive. Very powerful sound, strung currently with TI flats. The pictures speak for themselves. It is for sale because I have decided to use only my fretless live, so the Ibanez will not be getting enough use. And it needs to be played- the sound of the P used in anger is a thing of great beauty and power. NOW BACK UP FOR SALE FROM 22.1.20 Thanks for reading. Weight and neck measurements etc to follow....
  18. If the G will stretch to a 4 inline headstock, I'll take them...
  19. It was indeed.
