    More pics I know, I know, it's me not you, but I never got on with this. It's the universally loved Character Series VT Bass pedal (non-DI version) that turns your bedroom practice set-up into an Ampeg stack. Use a 9v battery or standard 100mA PSU (not included). Apparently you can dial it from SVT to Flip-Top and everything in between, whatever that means. All sounds a bit 1970s to me but you probably know better and will get a bargain at this price. I thought I had the tin but can't find it now -- I'll have a look in the loft if it's important to you. The pedal is pristine, but for the two strips of pedalboard tape on the bottom. £85 delivered. No overseas postage, sorry. Good for metal.

    Having seen the original, I now accept that the lady was probably part of the act. But I cannot imagine Holly J going "Eh up, Lem, since you're here, how's about coming on halfway through, pretending to be a lost guitarist looking for the 1950s and then kidnapping the dancer? I feel it's just what the performance needs, innit."

    Just to stray moderately back on topic ... a) that Lemmy / stripper cameo has to be the weirdest sequence I've ever seen. Do you suppose the Frankies knew any of that was going to happen? b) isn't that one of the Calm Down Scousers on drums?
