1. Absolutely sure I'll regret this, but I'm selling my 2008 black-and-tan MusicMan StingRay 4H 3EQ, made in San Luis Obispo USA by the Ernie Ball company. Unfortunately I've been buying stuff and this needs to go to restore my bank account to sanity. Gutted My first proper punk rock bass.

Could probably use a clean and a new battery but is utterly unmarked -- no chips, dings, scratches or rusty bits.
Comes in its original Music Man hard case, which is in great condition -- in the loft at the moment but I'll get it down to photograph if it's important you see it.
Has been gigged but not for a year or so now.
Nice low action. Nice growly noise. DoB August 13th 2008. Goes by the name of Brenda. OK, not really.
One humbucker. 3-band EQ. All modern hardware (clever nut and truss adjuster).
Price is £750 ovno collected from Brighton & Hove or posted at buyer's expense.
Don't dare tempt me with trades, that sort of thing got me into this mess in the first place.
Apologies but I won't post abroad for mental health reasons.
Have you seen the crazy money these go for now? Shocking: https://www.gak.co.u...ack-maple/36030
I'll probably stick it other places too but BC members have first dibs. 2. Gareth bought a Gallien Krueger amp from me, no messing and a great guy to deal with.
  3. I've been asked about shipping to Europe -- apologies to any interested buyers but for the sake of my mental health I'm not really willing to ship outside the UK. Hope that's understandable.
  4. Pictures of the amp -- some marks on the underneath which I haven't previously noticed, anything else is just a greasy finger mark! Footswitch and printed manual included. 5. I'm selling my GK MB500 ultra-lightweight 500-watt two-channel bass amp. Excellent condition -- not a mark on it and not had much use tbh, brilliant amp but I'm on a valvey-type tip these days. Pics to follow. Collect from Hove or postage tbd. Specs: http://www.gallien-k...m/mb-500-specs/ Currently £416 from GAK: https://www.gak.co.u...ight-head/25097

    Owen - Feedback

Boss multi-effects unit sold to Owen, very straightforward deal and no worries.
  8. You can care this much without being a complete asshat
  9. Looks like there's another one here: http://basschat.co.uk/topic/192179-feedback-5/
  10. Chis (profile) sold me a very nice looper pedal and posted it in record time. Would happily do business again.
  11. Bought a very nice dirt pedal from Paul. The sale couldn't have been simpler, item was well packed and arrived quickly. Couldn't be happier.
  12. Barely used Boss ME-50B bass multi-effects unit for sale, complete with Gator gig bag and power supply (both optional extras). Simplicity itself to use. Probably designed for thickos like me who can't be doing with loads of programming -- basically set out like an array of stompboxes, so select your effect with the dials, switch it on with the footswitch and off you go. Loads of nice Boss effects, including octave-up, T-wah and a range of overdrivers / mods / echos -- everything a bass player might consider wanting, and more besides, almost all of them useful. Also comes with built in tuner, expression pedal and memory space for 24 user-defined patches. Can be run on batteries, I've never done so. Not a scratch on it (I did say hardly used), manual included (though you probably won't need it). As with most Boss kit, it's built like a tank. These currently retail for £229 without the case or PSU so at £100 (plus delivery if required) it's bargainous stuff I reckon. Item located in Brighton area. 13.
Made to resemble Jim Rodford's Strat IIRC.
Learn something every etc. Any pix?
  14. https://www.gumtree.com/p/for-sale/partscaster-coca-cola-strat/1160438400 Of course, I'm not a guitarist so this may be perfectly normal in that world.
  15. (note condition updated)
  16. Sorry, but that is one way-too-shaggy cowhide. Dog, I reckon. Or panda. Bet it's fab with a Floyd fitted, tho.
  17. I'll leave this until month-end before putting it on the usual online tat fayres -- would prefer it went to a forum folk, so shout if you're at all interested.
