Hi i know it might sound daft but im no good on mending gear so can anybody tell me how to get to the speaker on a ampeg 1x15 svt cab cause i think its blown no sound coming from it iv tried another amp and lead thanks.

well said xgsjx i have a ashdown combo and dont rate it at all the only time i have had to put another cab with my mb 2x10 combo was when i played a open air concert and i added my mb 121hf which was that good one of the top bands we were supporting told me how good it sounded. The only other gear i would rate as good as my mb is my big ampeg gear but you need a fork lift truck to lift it.

I play in a rock band with a guitarist using a big marshall stack and a drummer who thinks hes building a shed and use a markbass 2x10 combo and have no problems making there ears bleed so try a markbass iv got other amps ampeg stack ashdown combos peavey combos ect but love the markbass try all the others out but markbass in my opinion are great amps and i carry mine in one hand and my guitar in the other.Hope this helps.

hi geofio i was just wondering do you ever come across any left handed ricks as i could do with one iv got just about every bass you can name but not a rick and i know you lads know your ricks.The ones iv looked at have all been garbage thansk lads.

Hi i bought a ampeg 1x15 ampeg bass cab 2 weeks ago not been able to try it out till now i should have tried it when i bought it but was in a rush to get to a open mike night.Plugged it in today and no sound out the cab its not the amp as i tried another cab and it worked great any ideas anyone thanks

[i]Hi Eddie im no good with camera but will try and get some pics for you if you want to come and try it out you can with pleasure i live in hucknall so not to far from you but its up to you mate i also have a ashdown combo for sale 2x10 if you interested . The reason for selling is i have bought some markbass gear because its light and fits in my little nissan micra.The ampeg gear is possibly the best gear i have ever had but a little heavey when you gettin on a bit like i am. selling as i have just bought some markbass gear which is lighter and smaller as i have to get to gigs in a nissan micra no pics yet as i am useless with a camera but will try and post some in next couple of days. the cab is not in new condition but well giged and still sounds great as you would expect from ampeg. This collection only due to size and wieght try before you buy it only buy if you 100% happy with it,

[b]iv been using a markbass 2x10 combo for a while now and just added a 1x15 151 hf it sounds the dogs danglers i cant understand why its not been sold if i didnt have so many amps i would snap it up. i also have a ampeg stack ashdown stack a peavey combo ect but nothing comes close to my markbass . good luck with the sale[/b]
