  1. Now TRADED . I got this in a trade, it's a little too subtle for me, I prefer clumsy, in your face filters. I'll include generic 18v power supply. Price includes postage. Let me know if you want velcro removed.
  2. SOLD One Control Crimson Red miniature preamp pedal. Price includes postage. A lot of positive chat about these around here. I have too many options so it won't be used. Velcro applied, let me know if you want it removed.
  3. SOLD Cheap, cheerful multi effect. Price includes postage.
  4. I've gone for it.
  5. I bought the cheapest right angled connectors Ebay could sell me to do something similar. They are really crap 🤦🏼‍♂️ I wish I'd spent a little more. However, the made up cables aren't too pricey so there's no point spending too much. I know you can buy solder free kits (like the audio patch cables) you cut to length, but I've not tried them.
  6. I bought on sunset on tape and my tape player broke 🤦🏼‍♂️ Was good - what I heard.
  7. I am coming to the conclusion that with my health issues mitigating against me ever properly learning how to programme it I might sell my Future Impact. My need for squishy squelchy envelope filter sounds has been met by the source audio spectrum, and that's about all I was using the FI for. I would still like a synth pedal and I've been totally spoilt by the sound quality of the FI. So has anyone used the FI and the Boss SY1? I'm thinking of funding one with the sale of the other. My reasoning being this: I would like a couple of decent modern synth sounds and I'm happier not hooking up to a PC to get them. The real question is would I be happy with the sounds from the Boss?
  8. I feel he's a bit of a song machine. Restlessly writing what and how he likes (like my other 70s/80s hero Elvis Costello, but way more listenable) there are some great thoughtful tunes on this. Thanks for the link.
  9. Honestly if you can afford it just do it. Even if you just play with it for a couple of months, it'll be a doddle to sell on.
  10. Use mine in every band, at least once! Soul, Irish, pop covers, I don't care - I love it too much not to use it.
  11. A socially distant carpark meet with Frank today and I'm a bass better off. But really I'm just better off all round for dealing with this wonderful man. Can't praise him highly enough. A top, top Basschatter.
  12. Older I get the more open I am. I can love all sorts of stuff I used not to 'get'. Very few upsides to getting old, but this is one.

    Loopers

They're among the reasons I like it so much.
  14. I love the profile so much my first thought was to buy this and have two. I think I have a problem 🤦🏼‍♂️

I am a very slow learner with tech. But the simplicity of the looper on the B1on makes it a joy to use. Anyone looking for battery operated looper with a drum machine could do a lot worse.
  16. Quality thread revival. The opening post really sums up the addictive nature from which so many of us suffer.
