I am coming to the conclusion that with my health issues mitigating against me ever properly learning how to programme it I might sell my Future Impact.
My need for squishy squelchy envelope filter sounds has been met by the source audio spectrum, and that's about all I was using the FI for.
I would still like a synth pedal and I've been totally spoilt by the sound quality of the FI. So has anyone used the FI and the Boss SY1?
I'm thinking of funding one with the sale of the other. My reasoning being this: I would like a couple of decent modern synth sounds and I'm happier not hooking up to a PC to get them.
The real question is would I be happy with the sounds from the Boss?
I feel he's a bit of a song machine. Restlessly writing what and how he likes (like my other 70s/80s hero Elvis Costello, but way more listenable) there are some great thoughtful tunes on this.
Thanks for the link.
A socially distant carpark meet with Frank today and I'm a bass better off.
But really I'm just better off all round for dealing with this wonderful man.
Can't praise him highly enough. A top, top Basschatter.
I am a very slow learner with tech. But the simplicity of the looper on the B1on makes it a joy to use. Anyone looking for battery operated looper with a drum machine could do a lot worse.
I am a prize pillock. Don't panic BB I won't be badgering you for tips. The comp on my Plethora is Hypergravity not Spectracomp.
An utterly terrifying 35 parameters in the editor.
I think I might just learn love one someone else has created!
Very good points @Baloney Balderdash with reference to the toneprint capabilities.
My problem is laziness really. I must sit down with an uncluttered evening and go through the software. Especially now I know I can ask you if I get stuck!
Ladies and gentlemen of the forum. I want a Pigtronix Bass Envelope Phaser. I can't find one but I have a Spectrum.
So, I'm hoping for any clues how to achieve the Pigtronix effect with the Spectrum.
All help gratefully accepted.
