The American sound is my 'always on' pedal of choice. I like the tone controls and the way it helps me sit in the mix. The Oxford I plan on using to kick things up to a more distorted, louder sound for filling beneath solos and such.

Mine has arrived, second hand from here. Not gigged it yet but had a play at home. Different again from all the others in this series. Hard to describe a pedal with such a variety of sounds available. It's not fuzzy, not ratty, more..throaty? Either way another great Joyo pedal.

I was in the opposite situation which is why I bought the tube one - I just had to try it! I find the MOSFET easier to get the sound I like. Probably because I'm more familiar with it than through any failing in the tube model. But honestly, they're both great.

I have the Veyron M and the T. Gigged both, either will do you proud. Seriously loud, reliable amps in a lightweight package

Not home but at the singer's home after a private party in some god forsaken part of Wiltshire. Went really well, a lot of extremely drunken people which is never pretty but they were well behaved. Used the Nuke in biamped mode. Sounded mighty

No idea I'm afraid. Not familiar. I have an SVT CL. But that's different.

So many great amps for sale right now, and I'd like to get my mitts on many of them. Funds wouldn't quite stretch to them all but two came my way this week. The Behringer BX4500H I've owned since my kids were little. They have their own kids now and the amp is beginning to get a bit battered and bits are dropping off. Time to retire it then. Imagine my joy when I was offered one, delivered to my door, in perfect condition. In my experience and opinion it's probably the best kept secret of the bass amp world. It sounds absolutely phenomenal. I also scored a Bugera BTH3600, known less formally as The Nuke. I wanted one of these when they first came out and simply couldn't resist this opportunity. I remember all the wailing a gnashing of teeth at the Bugera and Behringer brands all those years ago, and I'm so glad I ignored it. I now own three of each of their amps and I can't wait to gig The Nuke...once I work out what all the nobs and buttons do!

It was so reasonably priced and in perfect nick. Happy days
