1. Reduced now, so bumpy bump.
2. You will get no response at all unless you complete your post with the information that is currently missing.
3. Ok, Im JB pi**ed at the moment, hence my other thread, but this has stunned me. The DVD is a must buy for any blues/rock fan. Its long but patience pays off, the ending is sublime. If your into Slipknot or anything heavier, please hit your BACK button now!!!! LOL
4. This combo will be available for sale after the 16th September . This is the green carpet version with the compressor. 300w approx into 8ohm and over 500w into 4ohm. Fitted with casters and comes with durable cover. Also, you may notice it has blue drivers. When I bought it it had a flappy cone, so I sourced two drivers of the same spec from my lovely friend at Ashdown. This combo is the nuts and has that classic Trace punchy sound. Due to weight, collection only from Chelmsford or Harlow in ESSEX. £250

8.
Plenty here, just no love for Harlow I am interested but dont have time to get your way at the moment (full time job and gigs/family time at weekends) Would you do it a bit cheaper without the case?. Not looking to haggle you over the very decent price, its just that i have a spare case and a small flat and so dont need/have the space for another lying around. Hmmm, my sister lives in Harlow, where about's are you?
I will PM you Dave
9. If you do upgrade, keep the originals!!!!
10. No Squier love at the moment???
11.
Bugger - I found out yesterday my combo only takes 4ohm extension cabs.
It its a Trace combo, which going by your other post, I guess it is, then it will take a 8 ohm ext cab, therefore giving the minimum load of 4 ohms, which is what your reading on the back of your combo. The 4 ohm is minimum load, not impedance of any cab you wish to connect. The 4x10 will be fine. Neil
12. I have only just read the sellers moronic reply to my post assisting Tom1946, so the above mature post saves me some typing time. I also took the trouble to PM the seller early on in this thread offering some advice about description and more realistic selling price, and twice wished him best of luck with the sale.I got no reply to my PM. No doubt he will be back defending his position. N
13. Back off the bridge pup a little. I changed from a P (15 odd years) to a Jazz. No regrets.
14. People, this is now quickly becoming a bargain!!!!!
15.
hey man, you still selling the 4x10? how much you want for it? Rich
Its on hold with the head for another poss buyer at present. Will let you know if it falls thru.
16.
↲Dude, are u interested in the bass or what?
This post was for the info of Tom1946, who may be interested, I dont know. I am not interested no, I have a Std Jazz already but as I said in my PM to you, best of luck with the sale.
17. Could be NOS, but it is a 2006 model.
18. Nothing need be said re these great budget basses. Upgrades: Wizard Trad pup. Fender Std bridge with cover. (Pictured here WITHOUT cover, but it will be supplied). Gotoh Reverse Vintage tuners. Rewired with CTS pots, switchcraft jack and new orange capacitor. Case is not new but very sound, with red fur lining. No damage at all apart from small ding on edge of headstock. Thses seem to go for around £200 with no case or upgrades. BARGAIN at £220 (exc shipping). Collection from Chelmsford or Harlow in ESSEX or available to post.
19.
Wow, beautiful! Great photo. Did you encounter any problems, or can you pass on any tips?
These DID fit the original holes. I had to countersink some holes a tad behind the plate to accomodate the tags at the rear. Yes, not ideally straight, but hey ho>may get round to repositioning one day!!
20. To realise some funds for a new lighter weight rig (NOT AMPEG!!! LOL), offered is my trusty TE rig, well some of it!!! THE 1x15 CAB IS NOT FOR SALE AT PRESENT. AH300SMC amp with rack tuner in 4U rack - £280 OVNO 4x10 cab - £180 OVNO The cab is 34cm deep (the shallow type). In the interest of accuracy, this cab was bastardised from a 4x10 combo by the previous owner. The job has been done well and it remains a great sounding cab. Single 1/4" jack on rear. No tweeter control. Collection only from Chelmsford or Harlow in ESSEX.
21. OK, thanks very much. Will keep an eye on the auction.
22. I put genuine reverse vintage Fender tuners on my CV Precision.
