1. MMM Bartolinis... (Cue Homer Simpson Salivation) I'm just around the corner too which is mega. Shame i sold my rig and now have nothing to blow it out of. So it's either buy a bass and run it through my TV, or buy an amp and use it as a door stop till i can afford a bass! Looking at a few others on here but i'm leaning towards this purely just for ease of collection. I'll get back to you about it
2. i just stamped my feet and shouted "i want it, i want it" ... in a meeting room ... ... with my boss ... ... ... and his boss ... ... ... talking about our payrises. *SIGH* Job center it is then! I still want it though! I'll look in my sock and see how much money i have in there and get back to you.
3. Oh dear. I've had an underwear crisis looking at that. That is pretty. Gonna have a think about this.
4. [sub]i caught you guys a couple of times at the swan in Macc. I just kept drooling at the bass, plus i was pretty sh1tfaced.[/sub]
5. i'm keen for it. What is the best postage price you can get?
6. alright brother, Where are you based? i like beat up old guitars, they make mew feel less guilty when i decide to drop them on stage!
7. this still around? I don't know why but i absolutely love it. Probably because it looks like me (beaten sh*t) Need a guitar i can happily throw through an old drum kit at a gig when i'm finished with it.
8. Ha warickhunt! i don't think you could be any further away from this beaut and not be in the country. I'm GASsing over this too. Mainly because i totally regret selling mine
9. this still around goose? Can you put up some pics for my perusal. Nice one
10. i'm a massive time-waster Bump (Me, not the seller) :/
11. I'm really interested but need pics!!!
12. oh... ohh.... ..... oh no, i've made a mess in my pants. That is beautiful! Having previously owned Musicman basses they are by way and far the best machines for comfort. Played a bongo 6 at an event earlier this year and i understand what you mean when it feels better than a 5 especially in the nose bleed frets! Best of luck with selling a bass i would have to riot just to have any chance of ever affording one. BIBBIDY-BUMP-BUMP-DE-BEURGH <-Brian Badonde sponsored bump!!!
13. Dude, i would really appriciate a pic of the OUIJA! Very Interested Thanks.
14. where are you located? I may be interested.
15. Hope you enjoyed it. I know i did. Belting price though!!!!!
16. Practically gave away some stuff to netballman. He paid even before i sent the goods. Trustworthy fella who apriciates a full roll of scotch tape!
17. A guest has requested i bump this thread. So it is NOT for my own personal greed.
18. http://basschat.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=129581 i'm throwing this at you again! this time i'll go to £500 for you just because i like your fabric beard and definitely want one or I'll trade you my bacon mask for it.
19. THATS MY FACE! and that comment hurts
20.
i want this so bad, but my bad back/ cramped car say otherwise.
It fits perfectly into a car footwell and get a roadie/fella that comes to all your gigs, knows all the words to your songs, blows kisses at you from the bar when you're on stage, when introducing himself is all "hi im *gary* and i know colledge. We all have one, shame mines my mother. The weight is what makes it brilliant. Due to all the valves i think the volume knob should go from 0 to OH MY GOD! If you REALLY wanted it you'd happily endure the weight, infact you'd want it to hurt your back so when a hot girl asks why your back hurts you can have the honour of saying "was carryin' my VBA. Yeah VBA... of course i know its cool, wanna have sex with me? Awesome" So in closing VBA gets you laid Its science
21.
Any idea how old the power amp valves are? Edit: Or what brand they are for that matter.
Err no i don't. I know my uncle never damaged it but don't know if hes ever had it revalved. The screw heads don't look like they've ever been messed with but then again i wouldn't know how to open it up correctly. Seeing as he's dead now i can't really ask him! But i know he kept ridiculous care with all his musical stuff, just ask Warwickhunt and Fellrunner. When its on being played they don't look even close to overheating so thats always a plus. Could someone be showing interest finally?
22. i don't like stars (...helpful)
23. Thats pale. Hope it gets sorted
24.
Defo a 1... or should that be 34! Top bloke who's not half as scary as his avatar, though the mohican is a bit sus! Drove half way to meet me when purchasing his Sterling and the bass was exactly as described, cheers Perry.
the mohican is blue now!
