1. My other half and my daughter have gone away for the weekend so I bought in my gigging set up to make sure it is working properly. Everything seems is in order.
2. I sold a bass to France last year. It was in a flight case and I covered that in bubble wrap and parcel tape! I was nervous and the buyer paid for extra insurance. I think it was around £35ish in total. The bass arrived safely. phew. Sorry, I cant remember the company but I usually use parcel2go website and compare prices there.
3. +1 It looks awesome.

6.
My mother taught me not to ask those kind of questions....only kidding. I've not added it all up, but was best part of £1000-£1100 including materials.
Mine too but I never listend to her. Thanks for replying. It gives me something to think about. I like everything about this build. Well done and thanks for sharing.
7. It looks fantastic. Well done. What was the total cost?
8. Practice with a metronome. In time you could do four finger pull offs so I wouldn't stress too much. Try to be musical first.
9. I like the look of that.
10. Nice.
11. If you have had confirmation it has been sent out then isn't it the resposibility of the couriers now?
12.

I agree but unfortunately that was the last thing on my mind!
13. I played at the Stable bars, Kilkhampton near Bude last night it was a good night if a little quiet. Most of the punters stayed outside. I would have done the same probably as it was so nice out. We had a few up dancing. There was a very strange incident with one enthusiastic dancer though. She ran up to dance when we started playing 20th century boy. She was leaping and thrashing around like there was no tomorrow! She then lost her balance and stumbled from about 20 feet away into my stage area! Fell across my pedal board, smacked her head on the lighting rigs foot controller and stumbled off again. I plugged everything back in and carried on playing. She came up to us when we were packing up to apologise by which time we had discovered she had smashed one of the foot switches on the lighting rig controller, with her head. She complained of having a sore head! Aint alcohol great! I was chatting to pleasant chap at the end and he asked 'if the drums were miked up?' no, not they were not miked up. 'the bass was miked up though', no, the bass wasn't miked up, 'really? wow' That made me smile.
14.
I like it.
+1
15. I changed my BF compact and midget for a super 12. I made the right choice for me. I couldn't be happier.
16. My pleasure. It's a very nice bass. I would like to own something like that one day. I am just so skint at the moment.
17. Awesome looking setup. Want face.
18. What will relic'd basses look like in 40 years!
19. I play in two bands and with both bands there is a vocal only PA with one tiny vocal monitor. The pubs we play in do not supply any equipment. Therefore I need an amp and a cab for the out front sound and for personal monitoring. There is no other option.
20. There is words? I wondered what the singer was banging on about.
21. There are many things I like about this clip.
22. JPJ uses custom Manson basses. http://www.mansonguitarworks.com/index.cfm/product/manson-e-bass-john-paul-jones-signature-bass-guitar-4
