I bought a Biyang compressor from Keir. Easy transaction. Fast postage. Highly recommended.

The wait will be worth it. I am really glad I got a super 12, especially after a gig when I have to load the car up!

I had this setup, compact and midget T. They were awesome together. The compact on its own was amazing. I never got on with the midget on its own. Now I have a super 12 (no T) and I cannot fault it. I prefer the one cab solution.

I was an Elites user for years changing strings every 3-4 gigs. Now I have been using Elixers for about a year. I have changed my basses more often than my strings in that time. Def recommended.

I can update my previous post on page one and say that, yes, I am definitely using one bass, one amp and one cab now. Squier JV jazz Ashdown LB550 Barefaced super 12 I can fit it all in a Seat Arosa and keep the child seat in place! I am so rock 'n roll!

Had an excellent night in Falmouth last night with the rock covers band I play in. The sound was excellent and all the band played well. The punters were really into it all night. I have been using my Ashdown LB550 with barefaced super twelve for a while now and the combination is killer. I have had lots of nice comments on the sound, so its not just me that notices it.

Any dep should be able to hold their own in a jazz/funk/latin gig. There will be the occasional solo too. I have played it in a pub covers band. The whole band really enjoyed playing it but it went down like a fart in a spacesuit. We dropped it for something the punters know.
