    I don't use IEMs but something similar happens to me, generally towards the end of a gig on the occasions that it does happen. It's not specific notes, it's any note, and I finish up checking that I am playing the right note as it sounds so out. Fortunately it didn't happen when I played exclusively fretless, but now I play fretted and it does.

    If memory serves me right, it features in the Book of Heroic Failures as the worst car that Ford ever produced, which nearly bankrupted them. There were huge numbers of faults on them - doors that wouldn't close, windows that wouldn't open, etc. Production costs were huge. In addition, the radiator grille was likened unto a lady's nether parts. I think it was the only Ford ever named after a member of the Ford family. Apparently there was only ever one case of an Edsel being stolen.

Complaints in from Bambie Thug about Israel's broadcaster, possibly the European Commission about the EBU banning the EU flag, and the Netherlands' Joost Klein possibly being prosecuted by Sweden, it's all great fun.

    I use a home-made BC micro cab for open mics, paired with a Tecamp Puma 900.

    Have you got a multimeter, and can you check that 9v is actually getting to the preamp? Might be the jack socket (especially if it's a barrel jack) not making good contact between ring and sleeve.

    Or you have patch setting up time and practice time as two separate things.

    Try switching the other effects off and checking that the chorus turns on and off, then switch the other effects on one by one and see what happens.

    Why not just get a set of really good stompboxes? The advantage of MFX like the Stomp is that you can select a particular emulation of each effect whereas with this, if (say) the chorus isn't what you want, that's just tough luck. If you're not using presets then you've done away with the only reason for using this and not separates.
