Very light - more on it at some point in the near future when I've gigged it for the first time. I wasn't able to get Mrs Zero to tell me that if I didn't buy it she'd kill me, so coercion was off the table.

And here we are, squeezed into the last remaining space in the garage...

Put the pedal power strip on its back so the outlets are pointing up and put it across the top, and use a smaller power pack - I got this because of the immense current drain, you've only got normal pedals.

I'd have nicked spyder's but he's taken them down. I'll get some tomorrow.

Bought a GRBass AT212 cab from Marc. He kindly drove up to Bridgwater Services to meet up for the traditional BC transfer of gear in a car park. All very painless. Thanks Marc.

I've been considering going back to separate amp and cab for a little while - I already have the amp, a Tecamp Puma 900, and fancied one of GRBass's AT carbon fibre speakers, having already got the AT800 combo. So when @spyder put his AT212 up for sale, I didn't hesitate for too long before taking it off his hands (taking advantage of his offer to meet up at Bridgwater Services). I haven't yet powered it up, but specs are 700W, 4 ohm, and GRBass say it's 11.7kg which I can quite believe. Three way adjustable tweeter. It is 1.7kg over my 10kg limit for all items, but I can live with that.

It's a Pi 4 - https://geekfunklabs.com/products/squishbox/ When I've sorted another power lead out, I'm going to do an endurance test. If I can remember where I put my B3, I can connect that up too, because that's really fussy about isolated power.

Didn't even manage January. Still, I have a GRBass AT212 as compensation.

This is the power pack I used (going against my normal principles of not buying from Amazon, but brother-in-law always sends us an Amazon card for Christmas): https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0CBM2N1P5

As @rwillett says, powered via USB-C. Although the higher current outlets are supposed to be 300mA apiece, I can run a HX Stomp off one and a Pi-based software synth off another, as long as the power pack gives enough output. I'd show a picture but I've mislaid my 2.1-2.6mm lead for the Stomp.

I've got one, seems OK so far. I got it with the intention of running it from a USB power pack and that works.

And it's done. Cat not included.

For full information on the BC 112 Mk3 cab, see I hope @stevie won't get too upset if I describe it as the ancestor of the LFSys Silverstone - not sure how far separated on the evolutionary scale they are though. It was assembled from a flat-pack kit supplied by stevie, including the crossover. I completed this late in 2023, after a couple of hiatuses (hiati?). The finish is TuffCab. I have used it for a couple of gigs with a Tecamp Puma 900 and it has acquitted itself well. Note: I haven't fastened the front grille badge on, it will be included. I don't have an appropriate scale to hand but it weighs somewhere around 15kg. Dimensions are 570 x 417 x 315mm (22.4" x 16.4" x 12.4"). The Speakon sockets on the rear are speakon only, not combi speakon-jack. This includes a Roqsolid cover. I don't want to post it - don't mind driving some distance to meet up. Looking for £350. And a gratuitous cat photo. Look at those eyes. How can you resist buying this? (cat not included)

So Alex accidentally used a sample from Boeing in the OP's Two10. Problem solved.

I'll put a For Sale ad up a little later today.

I doubt the OP will be gigging it in his cupboard so the speakons are probably not relevant. I have just decided to sell my BC 112 mk3, built from a @stevie kit, which is 315mm/12.4" deep. There's plenty of detail about it in this thread: I think it would be reasonable to describe it as the predecessor to stevie's LFSys range of cabs (obviously they've evolved since then). I'm just not using it - I seem to have finished up with rather more cabs than I need.

A better simile would be a piece of hardware reliant on custom Windows drivers. While the hardware is still in production, it's reasonable to expect the drivers to work with the current version of Windows. After it's discontinued, the support will be dependent on the whim of the manufacturer - eg the Tascam US428 which no longer has supported drivers.

Took me a second run at it; pineapple = apple, robot = android, sunny probably = sony, singsung = samsung, etc. And there appear to be multiple substitutions for each OS. I presume it's a compatibility issue with the latest update to Android for that phone (or for several phones). I encountered a very similar situation recently with Nissan's app for first gen and early second gen Leaf EVs - Nissan were rather more reactive than Mooer appear to have been, they acknowledged my bug report and a fix was rolled out a few days later. Legally I have no idea where the OP stands with this because the guitar which he bought isn't faulty, but the app (which presumably was free) is.

Alto TS408s for FOH, Alto TS308s for monitors.

Won't it be a little less than double because the internal impedance of the amp will form a potential divider with the speaker - while the internal impedance will be low, AIUI it won't be zero. The ratio of internal to speaker impedance will be higher for the 4 ohm speaker than the 8 ohm.
-
That's what I use our PA for. Active speakers, nothing weighs above 10kg. Except the speaker stands, must get some lighter ones.
