My own experience - I currently work slightly odd split day, 7-10 at home, then go to the office for 10:30, then leave at 4. This means that the postie almost always gets to me before I leave for work. They've never not knocked and just carded - if I get a card, it's when I've gone out before they come round (because the card isn't there before I leave the house). I get quite a few deliveries too, so I have a reasonable sample size. Obviously, though, these things aren't consistent - after all, some people find Herpes and Yokel to be good couriers.

There should be a "Like" button. -
I used them to mount my Zoom B3 (and a Korg B3000X or whatever it was) into Stagg pedal cases. http://www.pedalboardsupplies.com/pedal-links-system.html But I'm sure I bought mine from a UK supplier and they weren't expensive. I'll try and remember to find out who it was.

Presumably you'll have an idea about which effects you'll want from using the multieffects. Isn't it more a case of wanting suggestions for each of the effects you're currently using?
AFAIK, if you move into an area where there is an existing 'noise issue' you have no real basis of complaint as the noise was already there; if however a 'noise issue' is introduced to an otherwise peaceful area then any complaint will be investigated and either removed or mitigated to all parties satisfaction.
My understanding is that everybody has the right to peace and quiet, regardless of whether they've moved in next door to somewhere noisy or not.
The lack of a DI and USB recording interface don't worry me too much as I have alternatives but some will be disappointed. I am keenly awaiting the next update but I am concerned that March's updates were only for the Zoom's guitar pedals.
Weren't they usable with the B3n as well? There were several highlighted so I loaded them on, or at least I think I did (as I didn't notice they were under the Gxn category).
Ok the B3n is twice the price of the MS-60B but I think it is going to be worth every penny of the extra cost and I know that I am going to be using it for live performance a LOT more than I ever did the MS-60B.
The MS-60B is inherently limited by the form factor - I used to have a chorus and amp sim permanently on, and switch in one or the other of another couple of effects - scrolling one effect left or right between songs isn't hard, doing anything more complicated than that is a PITA. One trick they've definitely missed is the ability to edit patches on the PC. Edit&Share for the B3 is great. Guitar Lab is far more restricted.

Ah, got it. Silly me, thinking the battery door was at the end... -

Just bought one second-hand and it may sound stupid but I can't work out how to open the battery compartment. Have tried various combinations of pulling, pushing, sliding, etc but with no luck. Sadly, the user's manual doesn't go into that much detail. Could someone give me guidance? -
It's sitting here ready for me to actually use it to play through but I haven't got round to it yet. Sizewise, it's a centimetre or two deeper than the B3. Looks like I can't embed an image from Dropbox any more. Photobucket works though.

Since you been gone by Rainbow. It just gives a feeling of being absolutely meticulously planned.

Probably the very first one the link leads to (at least for me), about Rob Trujillo's 12 year old son playing bass for Korn on a forthcoming tour. -
I like it. The two covers bands before the current one were one-guitar four-pieces. Both bands were quite ambitious, with songs like "Hotel California", "Comfortably Numb" and "Go your own way". Drummers also make quite a difference - one band's last change of drummer before we folded (not because of the drummer) was to one who was more accustomed to two guitars, and he took a little while to start changing his playing to thicken out the sound where it needed it.
i keep a bass in my car in the hope that one day, I will get some child free practice time in my-ever-shorter lunch break. It rarely happens, but today it did and I looked up the bass tab for a song I listened to on the way in to work this morning. It looked wrong and it truly was once I tried it. It was woeful. Bu tthen I figured it out, and I can count on the fingers on hand the number of times I have done this successfully, but today I did it. I'm toying wih the idea of uploading my correct-er version.
I tried doing that once. The song was "Killer" by Seal - not a complex bassline but there were a couple of tabs up on Ultimate-guitar which were woefully wrong (I was being idle, hence trying to use them). I worked out what it should be and posted version 3, which wasn't accepted because tabs already existed for it (but they were wrong) and because it was so simple that it didn't need a tab (but there were already two versions of it up). I decided that whoever sat in judgement were morons with no musical or logical ability whatsoever and vowed never to bother again. And I haven't.

Which mods can I delete? -
Encountered it yesterday - Windows 10, Avira free anti-virus, Chrome 64-bit, Adblocker+. Malwarebytes shows nothing, just running SUPERAntiSpyware now.

It's very close to being attractive - the headstock is pretty awful but the body is almost there, it just doesn't quite flow right. Another one I'm glad has only 4 strings. Mind you, how optimistic is his reserve?
It IS a Victorian roll top desk, right?
Nothing like it. It's 70s G-Plan teak. I recognised it straight away.

Now available at Thomann, unless I bought the last one. Free shipping if you buy something else for one euro. As my Kinsman stool is falling apart, I took the opportunity to buy a replacement.

OK, this is a possibly weird question about gigging...
Even for a traditional relationship (marriage, some of you??) that amount of jealousy seems odd to me. Is it normal for monogamy?
Mrs Zero is rather amused by my ogling of the more attractive females. She was also rather amused when I was with a previous band with a rather attractive backing singer who was always positioned in front of me, as I was constantly looking at her bum. Well, actually I was looking at the neck of my bass, but I had angled myself quite strategically. OTOH, she knows she has nothing to fear. -
I'm still thinking my point is not being grasped. Do other people, on finding out from one's other half that you are a practicing muso, seem to think, for whatever reason, that she should attend every gig? Is that not completely weird?
Just asked Mrs Zero if anyone has ever asked her, or made that assumption, and no, they haven't. It does seem odd to me that someone would make that assumption. As far as actually having my own WAGS along to gigs, Mrs Zero #1 generally came along but didn't come to enough to get bored with it before we split up, Mrs Zero #2, after the first few, became utterly disinterested, and Mrs Zero #3 comes along when she can (mind you, she's been singing or barn dance calling at most of them). -
So....Opened up my Mini CMD 121P combo and following the instructions on the original post managed to completely bypass the dreadful twitter. Water to wine! It's a way better sounding combo now and it really puzzles me why they just don't offer it like this as standard.
Wasn't there a Jeff Berlin model of the same combo which didn't have a tweeter?

Noticed this on the Bass Direct website: http://bassdirect.co.uk/bass_guitar_specialists/Bee_Bass_Headless_Fretless.html Definitely something you don't see every day. Not enough strings for me though.
Care homes are always looking for people to play Vera Lynn songs & that sort of stuff for the inmates, that's always an option. You can check out the accommodation for future reference while you are there, maybe put your name on the waiting list...
Mrs Zero and I played at an old people's home last Christmas as an acoustic duo. The inmates are getting closer to our age. John Denver, Elvis, and Metallica all went down well.
