  1. Its a budget jazz bass slightly dinker than the norm with a HUGE fat sound, no issues, super low action and a faintly birdseyed maple neck with rosewood board.
It laso has one more fret than a standard jazz so you can play high E on the g string.
The only issue is that i made holes in the pickguard to mark up for a pick up cover plate but never fitted it. Other than that its as i got it about a month ago.

There is details and pics here, ill try to take my own but this pretty much covers it!

    looking for £50 collected

Thats a proper bargain! its fully working, well set up and and a top sound!, heck buy it for parts and keep it, while looking aghast at your more expensive basses wondering 'HOW!?!?, WHY!!?!?....just like i did!

  2. Sadly the credit crunch has bitten and i have to sell yet another bass, this time its my squier vintage mod jazz bass, in top nick home use only and with a very flamey neck and nicely figured body.
The bass will be returned to stock for sale (apart from the bridge which i cant find so will have two extra screw holes or i can leave the badass on for an extra £30.) so WONT have the pearl guard in these pics just the regular black one. (AND THE BADASS IT WOULD COME WITH IF THE BUYER WANTED IT WOULD BE CHROME NOT GOLD)

Im asking £150 or £180 with (CHROME) badass, and id prefer collection from Cheltenham as i have no way of shipping at the mo, although buyer could arrange collection i guess, or at a real shove i could poss swing something through my old work, if the boss' back is turned.
Here are a few pics, ill try to get ones up of her returned to stock

Its a great example of a great bass and the flaming is really something else at this price, there is a small nick in the neck you can see in one of the pics, it was there when i bought it and has never bothered me, i figured it was worth it to take home this particular bass rather than get a different one from out the back as it were! Im not much of a photographer, and if anything the flame is more pronounced than in the pics.
It sounds flippin awesome too!, infact my Missis persuaded me i should buy its that tasty!, im gutted to sell it, but unless you all fancy a whip round i need to raise some cash fast!, i may also have to flog my stunning streamer LX but im holding off on that as long as i dare! :)

  3. I own a geddy and 75ri and while both are ace the 75 is the best bass I've ever owned out of at least a hundred basses, infact after having to sell one due to unfortunate circumstances I bought the same model again as soon as I could. That said I just sold my stunning 86 jazz special with status neck so I could keep my geddy. But if there could only be one of the two in my house on pain of death it'd be the mij jb75-100us just awesome. Intact if you listen to the useless wooden toys songs in my myspazz link below you can here it except on some people and the mans a creep which is a streamer lx

Oh and the only highway I ever played was utter garbage so that rather put me off them!

  4. Thanks for the thought dude but sadly i just need the money, i REALLY dont wanna sell this one, i had it down as a keeper from day one, but im in some rather dire cash straits right now, so im selling all sorts of stuff i never thought i would!
Im even mulling my amazing '86 jazz bass special with status graphite neck, but just mulling at the mo, ive started typing the ad and quit 3 times now cause its such a great bass!

  5. a budget guitar brand, only for the money i was totally floored tbh
    Its this one

  6. My treasured 1990 MIJ 632 ri had a graphite neck which i took off and replaced with a maple block neck, and the graphite found itself attached to a 1986 fender jazz special body, so i got a couple of dodgy mobile phone pics till i do some proper ones!

These were taken during the new look jazz'z first outing at my new funk bands debut gig
