1. I think it's to do with string tension/thumb position. It's what makes me always wonder when I see playing in the p pickup position. The string is floppier there so moves more which I find makes it harder to play accurately with a nice tight, focused, controlled tone. Playing back by the bridge on any bass results in less string movement so less controlling the string and a quicker more precise, under control sound and playing experience. Ime imv IMHO ymmv etc
2. The display is mint. Those are just reflections btw:)
3. In good nick. Small mark by the 1 pedal. Fully worked, looked after cleaned and maintained, no box or manual (online) comes with psu. Widely regarded as an fantastic sounding classic that beats the newer boss multi's. £80 plus postage
4.
Do it! Sonic blue does me in every time! I have a teal green MiM P Bass... looks lovely.
This

6. What an amazing thing. Can afford anywhere near it I'm afraid, but it's fab!
7. Incredible service and communication, all at an amazing price. Seriously top drawer. :0)
8. Just checked, they are the small type, wouldn't fit my jap jazz's. Might be up for swapping bridges though, I'll sleep on it

11.
HA!! .....love it Yes...I'm a Star Wars geek!....and I don't care!
Likewise, infact just this week at a gig I was telling my guitarist about how I'd been a bad teacher for not bringing myself to stop two year 1 boys from running down the corridor cause they were playing 'tie fighters' when the resident venue wierdo (there's always one!) piped up with: "Bet you don't even know what it stands for!" Douche. It's Twin Ion Engine, everyone knows that! That's a basic level question!... muppet! Heh heh Im such a geek!
12. Same!! Damn I LOVE that! But no cash, aaargh.
13. I've been in an almost identical situation with an almost identical sounding guy! I keep it very occasional and casual these days!! Very.
14. Thats me, im pretty much that guy, ill be honest!
15. these are supposed to be highly sought after!?!? swap or part trade for some kind of digital recorder
16. I had a bit of a beaten up one. I bought it to mod, but never got round to it. Mine weighed a Ton, and sounded pretty dead, but it did need some tlc. Interested to hear how a new one sounds and plays.
17. I'm quite tempted to sell my shuttle to fund the 1x10 combo (again!) cause I'm in need of a decent, powerful but portable combo; and the head can run my Bergs for everything else. Just not quite sure I've got the guts to sell the shuttle. Especially after my luck with promethean. (Two combos and TWO 1x10 cabs have let me down, and the bag!) Sounds great though.
18. Thanks! I can't either. I'm taking a loss on this from what I paid and that was far cheaper than all the others on eBay at the time. I'm all sorted for trades now though thanks, straight sale only please, not dropping any further either I'm afraid.
