1. Hi all. Im looking for slots with my covers band MyDesign. We do pop covers rocked up, like Britney, spice girls etc. Anyone got anything or know anyone/where suitable?
2.
Seventy Quid (ish) :- https://fretfx.com/ Had them on my old Washburn - they work and look a treat.....
I agree, fab things, and that guy in the background on the testimonials page cuts a fine dash wouldn't you say
3. Dammit. Now I'm back to thinking about swapping my shuttle for an F1 (if I can)
4. Yep
5. bought a guitar from Bruno who was fab and helpful and even posted it before i paid him! top stuff!!
6. not got a pm dude?
7. I had the same thing moving from a lm2 to the shuttle 9. I'm still not 100% sure even now tbh. For me it's the high and low mids on separate controls I miss.
8. Sorry. NO trades.
9. I'm selling this simply cause I'm a sucky singer and I don't warrant owning one!! It's an amazing tool, with pitch correct, harmony and all sorts of stuff. http://www.bossus.com/gear/productdetails.php?ProductId=1043 It's as new in the box, used only in the bedroom for a few hours. I'm asking £140 delivered and for that I'll also throw in the BOSS power supply too.
10. Now on ebay
11.
That's the thing that struck me about them, electronically superb but I thought they were ugly....that ridiculous thumb rest that curves in/out baffles me. It should really have looked like a Yamaha RBX A2..... funky, modern looking with cool sound switching. Totally missed opportunity I reckon.
Totally!!
12. I just remembered the sound guy that said, "As soon as I saw the monster cables (every cable in my rig at the time, patch's, speakers and signal) and the QED mains lead I knew you were a guy that cared about his tone" Which I rather liked. (and no I never had an issue with monster or a stretched socket, and I now use obbm;)
13. You know what. I'm lucky! Cause I get comments quite often, but in particular with my current rig (see sig) People go nuts for it, and my blue jazz often gets comments and questions too.
14. Go on then. £80 posted. But thats the VERY lowest I can or will go. eBay soon
15. Way to sell it there dude lol. Lots of folks going back to these from later models on the guitar forums. I've got a fantatic few distortion sounds in it I just need to free up the cash. I'll take £80 plus postage.
16. Near offers welcome
17. I'd love this, but I've no way to collect sadly.
18. Yeah. Except last night and next week :-/ a series of events has conspired to keep me away for a few weeks Grrr!
19. I think it's to do with string tension/thumb position. It's what makes me always wonder when I see playing in the p pickup position. The string is floppier there so moves more which I find makes it harder to play accurately with a nice tight, focused, controlled tone. Playing back by the bridge on any bass results in less string movement so less controlling the string and a quicker more precise, under control sound and playing experience. Ime imv IMHO ymmv etc
20. The display is mint. Those are just reflections btw:)
21. In good nick. Small mark by the 1 pedal. Fully worked, looked after cleaned and maintained, no box or manual (online) comes with psu. Widely regarded as an fantastic sounding classic that beats the newer boss multi's. £80 plus postage
