2. I think I might be the first to leave some feedback for Steve aka Bassmachine. He bought my Fender fotoflame 62 reissue P bass. Bassmachine is in Greece and asked me, if it was ok to send the bass there. When i saw how much it was over and above what it would have been to post to the UK Bassmachine was more than happy without quibble lend a hand with the cost. although I was a little apprehensive sending all the way to Greece it all turned out fine with ParcelForce As soon as it arrived safely Steve let me know and even sent me pics of the bass cuddling up to some of the others in his collection. He's got quite a few there I might add. A cool guy and a pleasure to do business with. Great communications, quick payment thru Paypal. Deal with confidence all the best Shonks xx

 7.
I think the worst thing is the shoddy build quality, they are built as cheaply as possible and over priced IMO. The Squiers CVs are better IME and the Farida Jazz which is made in the same Chinese factory is even better, for less than half the price.
check out the latest mex basses, they are really made well...really!!
 8. yeah! do us all a favour and put SOLD in the heading...ta!
 9. another one I've read through and found sold...dammit!
 10.
Swap a set of these for your guvnors? Not exactly 40's, but close
dont think I want to swap for these - let think on it....maybe you'd like to sell em to me?
 11. rare Fender Foto Flame 62 reissue precision bass Serial dates it to 93/94. comparatively light weight Down by the bridge there's a chip in the finish and from it are a couple of lateral scratches which but not that noticeable as you can see in the pics. The chip, luckily can be hidden under the supplied bridge cover. See the pics the chrome on the tuners are all good. has a Seymour Duncan Basslines pickup, not sure which model it is - it's pretty hot - the original pickup is included with the bass and so is the original white scratchplate. Under the pickup is an earth plate just as you find in vintage and CS Fenders, and the wiring goes through a tunnel and is not routed from the surface like modern precisions. Much classier IMO. £500 ...or... will consider trades pictures below show original state and then with the mods

 16. bought in error on Ebay but thought someone here might want it before it goes back to the bay. [s]£20 or nearest offer[/s] £15 - just want to get as much of my dosh back as poss. missing the 8 pin din cable but easy enough to find or make. This seems to be brand new and unused. This is quite a substantial bit of gear and will cost a bit to post. Seen them on line for approx. £60 collection from Westcliff on Sea is cool (to Admin: posted this in 'other musically related stuff' but I think it needs to be in this forum as its directly linked to the Trace Elliot Amps)

 19.
i didnt say it was for any specific audience...?
hey - no problem. Its just so many have put this unit down and say its only good ias an introduction to using effects. That is what you said wasn't it. It was remarks like that which put me off from buying one for ages. Specially after trying a Digitech which although was a decent enough bit of gear was noisy and well below what I'd call useful. This unit however is recommended, by me at least!
