  1. Great quality Mono strap, in very good condition. Price Includes shipping.
  2. Up for grabs is my Gramma v1. 23"x15" of acoustic isolation. Only used in our studio, so as new and comes including the original box. Looking for £40 shipped within Western Europe (and yes that still includes the UK).
  3. Great basses, if I didn't already have 3 others I'd have this in a heart beat.
  4. That....... is.........by.......far .........the............ugliest............thing........I..........have.......seen.......in........ages.
  5. I've just watched the video that was posted. Pretty much spot on review. Very nice.
  6. Jeff also said that a 5 string was useless, until a 5 string Cort came out. I played a 4, very good bass for the money. The pickups and placement make it sound a little honkier when back pickup is soloed, a little darker when front soloed. I would certainly say this can exist alongside another Jazz, an added "flavour" to the classic JB sound.
  7. Who's this Rick you keep going on about? Loud, rowdy, punk a little dirty.... Rick Mayall?
  8. Not sure if people realise just how good these are, incredibly warm fuzz that is perfect for your classic fuzz tones or combined with an octaver and envelope a great analogue synth tone. Only reason I sold mine was I needed the real estate.
  9. Wow, that's a lot of bass for 1200 quid,
  10. If you buy these, you are mad........ Mad I tell you.
  11. Double bass territory Apparently there are a few fanned fret Dingwalls too. I'd struggle on a normal 8 string fretless....
  12. Bona playing Quincy soon....
  13. Semi-pro hobbyist..... Or whatever.... Lucky to earn enough from gigging to pay for our own studio, strings and such. Even luckier to be a sales director during regular working hours so I can pay for a decent lifestyle, mortgage, education for the kids etc. I consider myself very fortunate indeed.
  14. In UK next week BUMP, I know these are no so well known in UK, but they should be. A lot of hand built bass for the price of a USA built Fender.
  15. Think about this though, a Fender Elite Jazz 5 costs 1750 quid? Then all of a sudden a Lakland US at 2300 is not that much more and a much better (and more consistently built) bass. Sure, lots of many but a Fender US is often a worse deal than a Lakland US if you think about it.
  16. PMs responded to, still available. Would do 700 quid straight cash deal and as mentioned I am in UK next week (Kent/Berkshire/Greater London area)
