  1. Very cool, I've had a look at that and it seems great. In the meantime, would using a regular 4-gang extension with surge protection be safe enough? The Cioks would be great in future.
  2. Hi, I’ve always been interested in pedals but never used them myself, for convenience and practical reasons. Most of my work is theatre work so I’m usually coming through FoH and feel like it’s time to send them a sound I can control then dander around the venue with my wireless setup to hear. I’m looking for advice about the best way to power an HX Stomp, Sansamp DI, Ditto Looper, Line 6 G30 Relay and Dunlop DVP4 expression pedal together in one board. I was watching a video on YouTube where he mentioned that people had their HX Stomp damaged by phantom power, so using the DI could protect against that. Also the ground lift functionality and a simple way to control EQ after the stomp. Any advice about power supplies for this kind of setup would be much appreciated.
  3. Thanks very much! The squeaking was an issue as well, I love the DIY approach! I really haven't been playing it that long or tightening it too much (to my mind). Thanks!
  4. I was wondering if anyone has had a similar problem. I can no longer tighten the screw which holds the EUB's spike in place, maybe the screw thread has worn down? I'm not sure how possible a repair is as I assume it'd need to be a very specific size of thread needed. Any ideas? Thanks, Michael.
  5. Nice guy, replied and paid promptly. Would sell to again!
  6. Sorry for the delay! This website is telling me that it was made in 2006, but I know for a fact that it wasn't used until I bought it in 2008! http://www.musicmanbass.org/mycustompage0030.htm
  7. Hi, I'll be with the bass in a few hours so I can check the serial number and figure out the date of manufacture.
  8. Aye, I'm quiet lanky so smaller lighter bodies are my preference as well. Even my jazz looks huge on me haha.
  9. Hi, the website quotes 9lbs (4.08kg) approximately.
  10. On GumTree too! http://www.gumtree.com/p/for-sale/usa-ernie-ball-mm-sterling/1018818083#gallery-item-full-2
  11. Hi Mark, thanks for the interest! I'm only looking to sell this, sorry. I'll edit the post.
  12. Hi all, reluctantly selling my favourite 4 string due to moving on to a 5 I bought on here and sadly cannot justify keeping both. Easily the best neck I've played on yet, with a fantastic translucent green/teal finish with a lovely ash wood grain coming through. Known as the Stingray's comfortable cousin, with a more compact body and a great versatile active EQ. Looking for £950 as I've seen several go on this site at that price although I'm willing to be flexible. Shipping to the UK and the mainland is fine although I'm based in Belfast if you'd like to try it out. No trades sorry. Comes with original fitted hardcase and brand new Regular Slinkys! Specs: Ash Body - Maple neck - Rosewood fretboard - ~9 lbs - 22 Frets - Single Humbucker - 3 Band active EQ - Bolt on neck - 9V Battery Apologies for Instagram links! http://instagram.com/p/Ue5qtWCVZx/ http://instagram.com/p/UjG55eCVQK/ http://instagram.com/p/UjGp6piVQC/ http://instagram.com/p/UjHgk3iVQo/ http://instagram.com/p/UjHsc2CVQt/ http://instagram.com/p/UjHPZwCVQa/ If you require any more pictures or have any queries don't hesitate to ask! Thanks
  13. Mm, I'd wear it higher if I'm using a wider neck (5 string) to ease my left hand or if I was solely slapping!
