I've got two of these cabs, with them both being four ohms I only ever use one of them so I may as well get shot of the other. Stunning cab, spotless condition. Don't mind meeting up to drop it off in person within reason of course ! Cheers chaps

I used to own a Lightwave Classica. Lovely sounding bass guitar, fab fundamental tone, but very weird and harsh top end. Almost like it was distorted even though it wasn't. Top end cut off sounded something like 3 KHz bit frustrating really. 35" scale, due to the semi-hollow body it was stupidly neck heavy, impossible to play sitting down or standing up for that matter. String volume balance was a never ending struggle and the string spacing was a rather wide 19mm if I remember right. Apart from that it was great !!

I know he's based in Sheffield, just wondered where abouts exactly ? Fancied getting a kind of custom Stingray thing made, with a much thinner neck and posh wood facing. Mmmm, gasssssssssss.........

Saw an ebay listing lately for an Ibanez Musician, ridiculous price, "rare" this, "vintage" that. Just kinda got me thinking, apart from the obivous ones, which basses are gonna be the next 'sought after' ones?

Right chaps, up for sale is my Lakland 44-02 deluxe (I think, 'cos it has a flamed maple top) with the newer Lakland preamp and pickups. Great condition, no major bumps or bruises, comes with a Lakland padded gig bag. These currently retail around the £1150 mark, mine's about 12 months old, but frankly I'm moving house soon so it's bon voyage ! Anyway, £550. I'm in/around the Middlesbrough to Sheffield area and don't mind dropping it off Cheers, Faron
