Cheers for that info. Don't think it'll matter in this case - looks like the seller's in the huff now
Recently bought a set of EMG jazz pickups and all the gubbins from the states for £48. He charged 25 dollars for postage. I thought that was ok considering it still only came to £60 for the lot! Still hasn`t arrived though and that`s been nearly 3 weeks It`s only a bargain if the bugger turns up!
Rite bassists, iv got myself an epiphone thinderbird. (black gothic edition) Bought back in 2005, this realy is a great bass for any rocker wanting a good sounding bass for its moneys worth! I can tell you that 1st hand Anyway, pictures of it will be up in an hour as i dropped my other laptop which had the pictures *DOUGH* Unfortunatly this bass has on relitavly large ding on the botton right handside of it. However you cant see it unless you looking at the bass from underneath. (why you would want to if you wernt a bassist i have no idea ) I have been given a quote to fix this ding and to clean up any other inperfections of £50 which i felt isnt too bad so i could have got that done, but id rather just sell it to be honest as i never use it anymore realy. Its been giged once, which was when some bugger picked it up and clearly dropped it...and then didnt tell me. So im going to put this on offer for £200 "excluding postage" (you will need to sort that im afraid, unless you local..then i will drive to you) Im located untill saterday in Croydon in Surrey. Next week im in Oxford where im continuing my uni course. Any question PM me, any offers PM me. thanks the_house
Forgive me for being nosey......What`s your degree in mate?
i'd say the same...it seems like the fact you work together is getting in the way of you enjoying playing bass.
+1 It looks like your work dynamic has carried over into the band. Explain to your boss that in a band situation it`s quite acceptable to throw heavey things at your drummer! The guitarist sounds like a creepy brownose as well..... Get rid and enjoy your playing with like minded people Dave

Precision scratchy in red tort. Good condition apart from having the lugs slightly enlarged to take an EMG. Why does it have 3 identical guitars in the middle?? Has anyone here ever played a fretless 6 string and what would it sound like? A cat with a firework up it`s bottom is a close approximation

I`m in an ACDC tribute and our Angus is the same SIZE as the real one. But, here`s the good bit, his uniform is the one he wore to school for REAL!! His wee satchel has his gold initials on it! ....... I dont go for the wig thing....thats too far! Do try and wear a sleveless tshirt or something DCish...got to make an effort if people are paying good money to come and see you!

OK it`s mine!.....you got me Bought this on BC for £775. The young lad didn`t describe the "mojo" this bass has as well as he could have!! I`m basically taking a big hit for the condition. Still a great bass though just not for me Cheers Dave EDIT: Forgot to put the link!! DOH!
Definitely a suss looking duplicate listing - but the real mystery's how the fark I missed such a glowing example of JapCrap absurdity! I had one of them, way back. Jon.
I had the A10 and a friend of mine has an A20 prototype... Hand made, neck through in electric pink!!! The guitars are magic so I can only assume the basses are good aswell. Did it sound good/playwell?
A very special instrument for very special people." They're not wrong!
I think you would have to be "special" to want to pay 500 quid for an arsehole of a bass like this!!
