1. I've had some really positive comments on my flea bass. Once I cranked the truss rod a little and touched up the intonation it sounds amazing. Feels good in the hands, holds tuning really well, nice and light. Personally I'm not sure the neck is a 'C' but there we go. I've thrown it around on a couple of festivals and I am impressed.
 2. I just ask for two DI's when I gig. One at the front of the stage (for the meat box) and the other up on top of my amp. I'm using a LS-2 so I can toggle the meatbox on and off without effecting my clean signal. I'm sending the dry signal back in to the LS-2 and the Sub out to a DI (TRS cable). Then I've also got the option to blend the Sub in with my clean if we are running short on time for soundchecks with a simple cable swap.
 3. Exactly how I'm using mine!
 4.
Also what are everyones thoughts on the strings, I don't think they sound as balanced as the Fender flats I'm used to. I have a bit of volume increase on the E, over both pickups so I assume this is a string issue ? It's not an issue.
The stock strings came straight off and in the spares box, strung it with some D'Addario XL 50-105s and it sounds sublime, nice and even across the board. Mine definitely needed the truss cranking to get the action a bit lower.
 5. Stick the B3K after the duality if you do get one. I use a B7K after my Duality with a octave to add more weight behind what I'm playing. Saying that, I use a tone hammer at the end of my chain as a (clean) pre-amp. Personally I wouldn't use another drive at the end of my chain if I was using another one in the middle, I reckon it might get a bit squashy and mushy. I have tried using the grit on my tone hammer at the end and it just ruined my tone as soon as I kicked in any fuzz or distortions.
 6.
Good on you mate. 70 quid is 70 quid and you can get a pretty good case or gig bag for that! If you pay......
I'm sure it'll fit nice and snug in my mono, gruv gear or hard case(s) I have!
 7. Get a Pedaltrain peal board - http://www.pedaltrain.com/pedalboards/ Personally I really like my TU3. Easy to read and tuners are probably the most useful thing on your board.
 8.
Well, factoring postage in to it the buyer got about a £70 odd saving off new.

Hardly seems a worthwhile saving for a second hand instrument, loss of warranty / swapping back with the dealer etc.

I agree. No gig bag with it either. May as well buy new. Can you call a relic'd bass new? 🤔
Ya moaning old gits That bass is now mine once I pay.. In my defence I was on the way back from a festival, trying to get food at a service station and under the influence of more than enough beer! Who actually uses them naff gig bags aways?
 9. I'm in Sussex, you're more than welcome to pop over and have a look at my G3 if you would like?
 10. Lindy Fralin's are great!!

 13. Hey guys, sorry I've been away on a long tour and have been tied up in a few other bits. Unfortunately this is now sold! Sorry to disappoint!
 14.
I assume this has now been sold?
Yup all gone!
 15.
Can't see the pickups

I can't see the pups either. Any idea of weight?
No you can't see them! I can upload pictures of the pickups if you want but they're just the standard pups that come as factory standard in the american special precisions. Body unloaded weighs almost dead on 2kg
