Apparently yes -
Never tried it myself, but I think you need to split the input and apply a pan block to each path.
-
There'd need to be something done about the logo of the 210 facing the other way from the 110s... but I'm sure you spotted that @Merton!
-
I believe you can use the FX return as a second input on the HX Stomp
The input is also stereo so you can process left and right separately if you have appropriate external connectors for your 2 basses to connect to a single stereo jack input

Having owned the 4x12 version from the same line, I'd love this...

Vintage ultra with fingers for me!
As for the DG vs Tech21 argument I've always found the DG pedals to have an upper midrange fizz I couldn't dial out. I've owned the B3K, Vintage, B7K and Vintage Ultra. None of them worked for me. The amp (900v1) was a different story. The tone control in the drive section was a total game changer.
However none of them could compete with the Tech21 dUg pedal. It's out of this world. Gone beyond all buying unfortunately.
I'd maybe like to try an X7 or X Ultra at some point, but at the minute the HX Stomp is scratching all pedal itches...
As an aside, from a quick look at early versions of the DG schematics they owe more than a little to the design of the Tech21 Bass Driver in how they shape their tone...

Are you talking about a real synth or are you looking for something virtual?
There are free synths such as Dexed VST that have a huge library of presets. Also since its a DX7 emulator you should be able to recreate any setting for a song with a DX7 if you can find the setting on line somewhere. Theres definitely a few youtube vids showing settings for some songs.
Awesome - thanks @Nicko. I'm at the stage now where I don't even know what I don't know, but even a quick search for Dx7 on youtube brings up useful videos that I could use with your suggested plugin!

What DAW are you using?
Most of the major DAWs come with at least one synth plug-in which should get you started and let you work out what features you need.
Reaper - I know some folks think it a bit Mickey Mouse, but I've had good results so far with it.

Just to throw a couple of TOTALLY unrelated names out
- VOLA
- Chvrches
Not talking about bass synth pedals - I'm specifically looking for DAW plugins for home recording.
-
I've asked this in the Recording forum but this might be a better place for it...
I don't have the first clue about synth sounds but want to introduce more synthy elements in my tunes. I can hear in my head the sound I want, but haven't a clue how to get there. Anyone have any shortcuts? A wonderful online database of searchable songs and plugins one could use to recreate their sounds would be marvelous!

As long as you can handle the woodworking, it sounds like a good idea to me.
Novice at best... But I have access to my (recently deceased) father's full collection of power tools... including a table saw... What could possibly go wrong!!!

Nice! Didn't think it'd last long when I saw BD advertise it on FB!!

Aargh! Celestion compression driver out of stock everywhere! Bugrit...

Further to my previous FRFR question... Is there any reason one couldn't adjust the cabinet shape kick-back monitor style? Assuming the internal volume remains the same I would imagine the only downside would be with construction difficulty?

No, it uses all neo drivers. It won't be available as a self-build, I'm afraid.
Not a problem - the lockdown project will be perfect!

I'd say so. It's certainly more frfr than many (more expensive) cabs on the market that claim to be so - and the only one, apart from the RCF PA cabs, that proves it with a frequency response graph. Plus, it will handle a lot more bass than frfr cabs designed for guitar.
It wasn't designed specifically as an frfr cab, but my experience experimenting with bass guitar cabs over the past few years has taught me that a flat frequency response is desirable even if you're not going to use a modeller.
The proof of the frfr pudding is playing music through the cab, and this one sounds convincing, with no nasties. So you can use it with guitar and a modeller or also as a keyboard cab if you want.
As soon as I finished the design, I started working on a more advanced version and sent the parts to @Phil Starr to build up. Phil has tested it and gigged with it and will no doubt be along shortly to give you his opinion.
Brilliant... Does the advanced version you mention also use the Pulse 10 driver?

So given the freq response a few pages back, could this (with a little eq around the upper midrange dip) be something approaching frfr... Asking for a friend...

The album Witness by VOLA... Djenty European prog. Nice!

421 quid as discussed here:

I spent a few quid more on an iPad, interface and headphones.
I bought an ipad for general use (£300 at the time), added a cheap focusrite interface (25 quid) and used headphones I've had for years. And had latency for free!

Actually it gets worse... GAK have them to pre-order at 421 quid...

No idea, but I don't think the POD GO allows for parallel processing paths. Could be wrong on that one though!
