  1. Interesting... https://neuraldsp.com/nano-cortex
  2. I'd have this in a second... if the Irish Sea wasn't between us that is!
  3. When you say the Muff and Darkglass were too much, what do you mean? Too much distortion? Which Darkglass did you try? My go-to distortion pedal at the minute is the Darkglass Alpha-Omicron clone by DemonFx.

    Line6 Helix

The HX stomp CAN do it, but it's awkward in how you have to set it up and you're restricted to 8 processing blocks total (used to be 6 but an update upgraded it!) and doesn't have XLR ours. You need to go to the HELIX LT for that. Go the whole hog...
  5. I would have paid 499 for it even with the issues. The only one that'd bother me is the bass control and it's a simple fix, but YMMV
  6. Never heard of this, but now I'm interested and the kits are out of stock!
  7. Exactly the same here, such a great tone and fantastic playing...
  8. I assume from the number of controls and the labelling that the pedal on the top right is a Mastotron clone?
  9. Do you have normally have PA support?
  10. Not often you see used 3leaf Audio pedals for sale in little old Norn Iron... Would have been rude not to...

  11. Love the body shape but yeah, probably neck dive. Bigger issue for me is no "bridge" pickup (both pickups too far north for my liking). It'd probably be a no for me...
  12. Great suppliers to the DIY market, Modulus.
  13. There is a Haz 3 band clone out there for sale on the FB, but the builder is based in Russia and my experience so far is that you wouldn't need to be in a hurry to receive it... ATK is the ultimate Stingray killer so I'd be aiming more for a 'ray type pre myself. John East does a 4 knob Stingray replacement pre but with a sweepable mid. https://www.east-uk.com/product/mmsr-4-knob-3-band/?v=79cba1185463 Reminds me... I have an ATK700 in bits in the cupboard that I should resurrect...
  14. Roland Cube 30. Don't know what the current equivalent is, but I still use one that's quite a few years old and it's great.
  15. That's beautiful!
  16. It's a weird one when you look at internal pics. A HUGE PCB with each circuit section clustered together. Only single sided though which makes it slightly more tricky to isolate sections from each other...
  17. Wish people would gift me things like that! "Dead" would suggest PSU issue? Or lights on but nobody home?
  18. Currently it's a Spector NS5XL...
  19. I've seen thin wire used for this purpose, coiled helically around the pot shafts.
  20. Another shocker...
  21. How's the B string on this? Been interested in one of these myself but if the B string sounds like a damp fart I'd be a tad annoyed...
  22. Just watched your pedalboard video the other day and thought it was a great setup! Interested to see what way you're going bow. Would love these but not playing enough to justify them. Good luck with your sale!
