  3. Description of the valve complement is pretty much word for word the same as the standard CTM30 so think it is. My worry would be building transformers down to a size would have some sort of negative impact. But colour me interested!
  4. I use a Focusrite itrack pocket with the current iPad running Bias Fx or Jamup pro. Works well. With audiobus app you can cute latency right down by varying the buffer size and you can internally route the output from Bias/Jamup to Garageband to record. Internal amps in Garageband are also excellent.

  6. A wider range is easily achievable with a higher value of potentiometer, but this range is with same value as the HPF so only have to keep one value to hand.
  7. This lunchtime I've mostly been modelling HPF and LPF filter blocks in LTSpice... As you were... Any feeling on LPF filter range? Looking at 700Hz - 14.5kHz at the minute.
  8. @Al Krow Yes, but combining a -12dB/oct fixed and -12dB/oct variable you would have a -24dB/oct HPF....
  9. Initial thoughts are, as per the FDeck, -12dB/oct fixed HPF (it is possible to make the cut-off switchable but that adds to the enclosure size), -12dB/oct variable HPF, plus a -12dB/oct LPF. It'd be unlikely to fit in a 1590A though. Need ganged pots for the variable HPF and LPF (for the uninitiated a ganged pot is 2 pots mounted on a single shaft).
  10. COG T16/Hammond 1590a might be a stretch for anything other than a fixed HPF... at least for me... Never built anything in a 1590a! Now might be the time though!

  12. The main problem you would have is deciding what is the "relevant range". 30Hz HPF cutoff? 40Hz? 10kHz LPF? 6kHz? Would be easy to make them switchable, but it adds to expense, complexity and enclosure size.
  13. That's what a blue star means in the MS60B download, so probably means the same here.
  14. The MS60b and B3n are different generations of product. By that I mean the B3, MS60B and B1on (and all the guitar equivalents) all use the same hardware/processor. The B3n is a newer design, new models, new everything really. It'd be like trying to run Windows 10 on an old 386. Wouldn't work.

  18. Yes. It's the depth parameter of the Ac Bs Pre effect. Between "bass pre" and "SVT" if the effects appear in the same order as the MS-60B manual. EDIT: seems to be in same place in B1on manual so if they're in the same order on the pedal that'll be where you'll find it.

  24. MS60B has the AC BS PRE according to the effect list on their website. If the effects blocks in the effect list are the same as on the pedal it should be between "bass pre" and "SVT".
