Agree with comments above. Lots of white pickguards in the late 60's had pearloid backs, as they had a huge surplus of the sheet material. Most Telecaster bass's have pearloid back white guards, or did before they perished. Surplus was probably because they realised it looked awful, and didn't widen the use across the range.

Better than any others I’ve seen, and certainly more accurate. Pricing is not easy, as the parts alone add up to quite a bit, let alone the time spent in ageing it all. I know the price of Limelights, but this certainly isn’t one of those. I also know the price of Bravewoods, and it isn’t one of those either (they are excellent, although the replica he made many years ago didn’t have a maple-cap neck), so I figure a price in the middle of those two would be sensible, so that’s what I’ve done. Any comments on price, or sensible offers, drop me a PM. If it doesn’t sell, it’ll go in the loft for resurrection in another few years. PX wise?, not really looking for anything, and need space, but a first series export ’57 JV P would be a possible exception. Can take more pics if necessary, just ask. Get that 'Live at Leeds' look and feel, without the £25k price tag in fact for the price of a MIM!!

Advice Needed: Any antique Violin experts on here?
Rick's Fine '52 replied to Rick's Fine '52's topic in Other Instruments
Thanks for the reply. That's exactly what I've now done. I now need to decide if I sell as it is, or spend a bit to restore, and then sell for much more? -
These sound great and that's at a great price rick!
Hi Luke, long time no here, hope you and yours are well? Thanks, it's a great amp, very cool, and less than half the price of a '59 reissue. I thought it was priced to sell, but clearly not! -

reduced to £400 for quick sale. A steal! SOLD Fender tweed Bassman TV Fifteen 350w, large combo amplifier. Loud, vintage valve tone monster of an amp! This has been my own home amp for the last 5 years, but space needed for other things. Its quite big and weighty, so collection only please, may be able to deliver to West Mids? This is the Big Daddy in the TV Bassman range Cheapest I've seen is £750
