1. Up for grabs is a like-new Boss Bass Chorus CEB-3. I took it out of the box two times, 15 minutes played total. Comes with box, manual, warranty, even the advertisement booklet. It can be yours for £50 posted. Trade-wise, I love bass fuzz pedals.
2. Second time still a joy. Now I have a nice Micro Pog and Steve has some extra money. Cheers for a smooth transaction. John
3. I was just joking, sorry for the mess. Only wanted to see a pic, but it's ok, I got the general idea now.
4. Price rules are that you have to state your forum. Oh and gief us a teaser pic please.
5. Pete grabbed it, didn't he?
6. How much for the radiator of the first pic? Joking aside, that P would look great with a black pickguard. Happy selling!
7. Paul is a great and helpful guy, who sold me an EHX Bass Big Muff. Excellent comms, top bloke! Will gladly deal with him again in the future. Cheers John
8. I'm currently unemployed so saving money isn't an option, but I'll try it. Maybe 15-20/week and next year I'll buy a vintage P-bass myself.
9. I want to thank each and every one here for showing off their 6x-7x Precision bass and especially those that sell them, in a time that I cannot afford to buy one. I hate you all!!! Now I'm sure I must tear my eyes out.
10. I'll take the BBM and try to fix it. Sending a pm now.
11. And? Is it sold? If not, I'm your man.
12. Because I'm a sucker for maple, I could trade this for a black Squier VM Mustang. So, happy new bump to everyone!!!
13. No Musicmaster for old men. It is a nice little bass and I really like short scale basses (already have one) but I'm in need of money. I wish I could keep it, but I can't.
14. I thought because it is a feeler, I didn't have to, but I was thinking something around £650 plus shipping costs. All in all, somewhere around £700.
15. SOLD LOCALLY The bass: It's a Fender Musicmaster bass, all original, even the case. It's in great condition despite its age. The serial number identifies it as a 1977/78 made instrument. It's black with a black pickguard, rosewood fretboard, the typical 6-pole pickup, 30" short scale, etc. No cracks, no dents, only some swirls on the body. Right now it has a mint pickguard with a Tesla "hot-rails-like" humbucker with a 3-way switch (series/parallel/single) and all new electronics. The original parts are in my hands of course. Since the pickups and the electronics are mounted on the pickguard, it's very easy to change from one to another. It is currently strung with rounds. Price is £650 plus shipping costs. I'm open for a trade with a black Squier VM Mustang, with cash my way.
16. And here's the photo with the marks. Two and small as I said.
17. Thank you for the kind words Andy. In the months to come I'll be selling all my stuff, because I'm moving to the States, where I can find/build them again. The nut is a typical P-bass nut, 43mm. I really like it, along with the wide profile of course. My hands are not used to slim profiles and shorter nuts.
18. WITHDRAWN. I decided to keep it, except if I get into serious financial problems. Till then, it stays with me. Thanks for looking. I really don't want to do this, but I have to sell my Warmoth Precision. I built it strictly on aesthetic reasons. I wanted to build something that Fender does not offer. So I've built an alder cream 57 Precision with a maple neck/fretboard sporting a Tele headstock. I'd like £700 plus shipping, for a bass that costed me much more. I'll ship it secured and tight. It comes fitted with new D'Addario EXL165 strings. The bass was assembled in September, but I managed to make two small marks. I like to use my basses, not pamper, nor abuse them. I'll post a pic with the marks tomorrow. Apart from those, the bass is good as new. The bass is more or less spotless, so if you want specific details, ask me to photo what exactly you want to see -=More details=- Body: Orientation: Right handed Core Wood: Alder Top/Rear Rout: Top Rout Bass Pickups: P Bass (Standard Split Set) Finish: Cream Scale: 34 inch Neck: Headstock:Tele Bass Orientation: Right Handed Shaft Wood:Maple Fingerboard Wood: Maple Nut Width:1 11/16" Bass Contours: Standard Fretwire: 6150 Fret Number: 20 Radius: Straight 10" Inlays: Mother Of Pearl Dots Nut Install: GraphTech White TUSQ Neck Finish: Clear Satin Nitro Scale: 34 in. 19. I've decided to clean my drawer and sell all small stuff I've gathered. I'm sure I won't miss anything.
20. Yes, sorry. It's already out of my hands.
21. Howard is a great guy, very easy to deal with and I'm glad I made him a bit more happier with the tuners I sold him. PS: Next time I'll send an unsolved crossword.
