    Mesa Walkabout works for me after having a 400+ and BF Vintage and a load of other Valve Heads, Breaks up lovely and is as loud as Clarkson.

    Quite amazing how some bands use the tension to write quite amazing music ie.Fleetwood Mac,Abba,Tina Turner & Ike it must be near hell to be around the same people touring.

    I won't be going and have missed the last 2 tours, The sound at the MEN is the worst I've heard and add the ticket prices and the constant stand up-Sit down-Sit at a funny angle. Last time I walked out at half time. I really only go to sub 1000 seaters these days they are the best concert experience and you can stand up mostly.

    Best combo I've used is a Mesa Walkabout easily keep up with any band and you have the added bonus of using the head on another cab,Can't tell you how good these are and there's one for sale in the Ad section.

    I've PM'ed everyone and its still available at the moment, If I split it then the Head is £850 and Cab £550 . Thanks for all the nice comments it is indeed a nice rig, I fired it up last night for rehersal with a Ric and it was just perfect.

    The Mesa was revalved with JJ's late last year (The best I've used) and only used for practice once since, It's in a Gator Shock mount case also bought late last year. The Mesa is in Superb condition easily 9.5 out of 10 . I've had a few valve amps over the years and a few 400+'s and keep coming back to them for the tone IMO they are up there with anything thats out there. I'm after cash only and Will split them £850 Mesa, [s]Barefaced £550[/s]. I'll get better Pics up tomorrow and I'd prefer collection but I do get around the NW at weekends so I might be able to meet up somewhere. Cheers Si

    My last band played large pubs and clubs and was a 4 piece so the Actor was ample, but now we are a sleek Trio playing just pubs so the Actor was overkill and weighed a ton. I have 1xL3t 1xL3m and 2xL3s , Double the power of the Actor and better SPL but lighter so We have got more headroom for the bigger venues if we choose to play them. The L6 link is so easy to use just one cable from the mixer configures the entire system even the monitors if you use the L3m as a wedge. They do the smaller L2T's now I might buy them as wedges in the future.

    Just sold my HK Actor and gone with the new Line6 Stagesource L3T's,L3S's and the quite incredible M20D mixer.Its so easy to set up and near impossible to induce feedback even with a open mic in front of FOH speakers.
