2.
Do Bergantino, Epifani, Schroeder or Mark bass make 8x10's ?.
Markbass do, part of the classic CL range I think!
3.
most likely 2 pole. I think Gallien Kruger are the only amps that use 4 pole for GK speakers where the amps have a separate 50W amp for the tweeter.
+1

6. Cool, was thinking of adding an Aphex Xciter at some point. Have only heard good thing about those. He sure does has an attacking sound and is very underated, don't know why as he has created some amazing bass lines.
7. I am looking to try and get that sound Bedders gets. That 'bark' sounds great. I know a lot is in the fingers/player and i have the P bass sorted. Have noticed recently he uses SVT's and 8x10's. I was wondering if something like the marshall VBA and 4x12 cab would get me somewhere close. Has any got any ideas/comments? Cheers
8. Congrats Pics and review in a while then please!!!
9.
like this one or this one
Thats the ones. Cracking looking cabs them!!!!!!
10. i sure wouldn't want to try and stack them so the drivers are verticle, though the final thing might look quite cool. +1
11. I am wondering also if that is why the Berg NV610 has its speakers in 2 rows at slightly different levels.
12. What about these cabs with 2x12" drivers, placed diagonally?? Is there any benefit to those??
13.
one of the reviews on harmony central is from me i think - I have an Attitude LTD 1 (Blue with pink inlays) and a lower spec Attitude Special. and yes LTD 1 is more LTD than LTD 2 version! (They only made 150 Blue ones and 150 Red ones). A LTD 3 is on its way from Yamaha soon too....but don't hold your breath! The Attitude LTD1 is the older top of the line model with the scalloped fingerboard, DiMarzio pickups, stereo outs etc. and is a very well made instrument. Action is super low, very powerful, high output (pretty much equal to active), nicely finished etc. Never used the stereo outs but soundwise its a beast - a very full sound, and in a rock context at least, can't be beaten and walks all over my Precision. Not the easiest bass to slap on due to the neck humbucker and the position of the forward knob, but it can be done once you're used to where to position your hand. The neck is very wide and flat so not suitable for everyone as it takes some getting used to. Can suffer from neck dive a little but nothing a decent strap won't fix. The Special however has a thinner neck more like a jazz bass, but does lack the scallops, dtuner, stereo out etc. Still a fine bass though and both are built like the proverbial brick outhouse. Heres my two: peace c
Real good looking basses those.
14. I'm Interested in buying one of these. So I would be interested in some info also.
15. Me likey. Well done
16. Me Likey
17. I use the 1001RB-II head with a Markbass 4x10 and 2x10. Having used combos before i much prefer the separates. Can mix and match for small or big gigs IMHO.
18. Maybe in some nice camo or dark green tolex too Now your talking I think his email is on the old Zoot site http://www.zootbass.co.uk/1.html
