I agree, bought my first Roscoe off Mark Via Shep excellent service. Bass direct is very highly recommended, now if every shop was like this would'nt the Bass world be great.

Hi i've read the Keith Richards and the Neil Young (who i'm a massive fan of his music, BUT he comes over as a complete sh*t in his autobiography) ones. The Bruford one sounds interesting though.

Hi Folks, my good lady wife and I are going to Lanzarote over Xmas and i'd like some bass/music related suggestions for books to take. I started a similar post last year and worked my way through the list, so i've read Guy Pratt, Big Wheel etc. So new suggestions would be great, I like classic rock, progressive rock - early Yes/Genesis, not that keen on Jazz.
