1. Hi Karl, Sorry to hear about the unfortunate incident. You were so excited about this bass - it is a pity you have to sell it. GLTWS. As the previous owner of this bass, I can vouch for it being in perfect condition and Karl is a great guy to deal with. You can see my photos of it here: https://plus.google.com/photos/100212465725187526301/albums/6079548828375631265?authkey=CKW-id2F_fjxNw
2. Yup, still available. Hopefully, it will sell this month and bring more cheer to someone's holiday season!

Kev's Feedback

Traded a Warwick for an ACG with Kev. One of the quickest, smoothest and most pleasant deals. Great BC-er to deal with! Thanks & Cheers Kev!
6. Deal fell through - still available. Deal offer - split shipping cost €207.50 paid without fees to Paypal or €210 via IBAN bank transfer - includes registered shipping to UK (with insurance up to €500)
7. In addition, the headstock veneer has a slight crack (not in the wood but in the glue) on the top side (with the three tuning pegs). I've also tried to capture this in the photos. There is some wear on the tuning pegs as well where there is contact between the string and the peg.
8. One of the interested buyers wanted detailed photos of the following: 1. Wear on the bridge (the B and E string saddles are more worn out than the rest) 2. Wear on the nut 3. Wear on the frets (the marks from the strings could be cleaned up with a metal polisher) 4. Allowance in the truss rod (I have not adjusted the truss rod and the neck has been straight as long as I've had the bass) I've taken photos of these parts and added it to the album at: https://plus.google....=CLDz06mxqsbbCA
9. SOLD. Like new East U-Retro deluxe onboard preamp with passive tone. Chrome knobs. Product page: http://www.east-uk.c...nob-deluxe.html Bought it new and it has remained in the box half the time. Installed it professionally on Spector but later sold the bass without the preamp and had it removed professionally. Shipping from The Hague, Netherlands. 10. Sold a Warwick Thumb LE to Karl. Excellent communication and super-fast payment - he actually made long road-trip to the bank branch due to some issues with his online banking. Highly recommended BCer! A pleasure to deal with.
11. Bought a Squier Jazz FL from Geoff. It was a smooth deal = A+ communication, packing and international shipping. Highly recommended!
12. This was traded locally. Thanks for the interest.
13. This is one of the nicer non-German basses from Warwick (Made in Korea). For me, the highlights are the following: * Seymour Duncan SJ5-3N + SMB-5d pickups (would cost around 170GBP (65 + 85) on their own) with preamp bypass * The alder + maple top body is slightly thicker than the usual Streamers giving the tone more heft. * The ebony fretboard is unusual on fretted Warwicks but goes very well with the alder and maple. I own a couple of Streamer Stage basses but I really like this one for a more classic tone - kind of a super jazz, with the coil-tap humbucker in the bridge - the ebony giving it some real zing in the top end.
