2.
My new Rumour is a long way off yet! But yeah, you'll know in time! Not really experimented much with string. I find that the eq helps keep that new string sound for longer. I'm not heavy on strings though. I play with a nancy boy touch and it would appear I don't sweat...!
Who is that in ur avatar btw? just out of pure male curiosity of course!
3. I'M 50........... I know i dont look it!
4. Shes just fabulous as ever, and seems to sound better than i remember after playing a new purchase! settle on Elixie strings, they seem to be the only ones that stay fresh past a month or so of playing. Yep, had a brief dabble with 5's but 4's is what its about really, stay pure. Oh yep keep us up to date with all at hq and ur ne rumour.

7. I'm keeping the Spitfire for "nice" gigs, , the Sadowsky is a bit beat up, so will be great for praccys and sh*te gigs, whilst still retaining some qudos and quality, u know the sort of premises i mean!

12. April fools apart, it may be worth the mods making clear if there is a shortfall in cash for the running of this wonderfull thing that is Basschat. I hope its a Joke....
13. I think we all saw this on Ebay, lusted then took a reality check and realised we couldnt afford it. Things are tight round here on Basschat also....
