Was thinking there was only one 4er with a maple neck, so was madly checking the birdseye on mine against the pic! whateer happened to the jazz pupped one, i saw it when id was a satin finish, and i think they look way better in gloss, it had a super bound neck tho, thats all i would have added to mine i think.

I see ue fitted an extra strap button, mines a bugger to stand up with just the original offset one, mind u its never a good idea to lean a bass this valuable I guess!

Im not sure where this "furniture bass" phrase came from really, i mean some of these exotic quilted finishes lookas much like a coffee table as these walnut ones, be good to get the triplets together.

Seeing that red thru neck a year or so ago got me gassing for a GB and so i started saving, I believe it was for sale on the old forum at one point and i did try to trace the owner to see if he would sell it, but no luck finding him, it is a stunner for sure, but they all are.

There seems to be a lack of manufacturers who sell aftermarket apparrell ie shirts etc, i mean id quite like a markbass T or some Lakland stuff or whatever, does anyone have any info on availability of this kind of stuff?
